so i wanted to respect them here ms555Just not enough to type out their entire title.
Alan Wake was fun and its Microsofts own fault for setting the release date to compete with Red Dead.
I'd agree with BC 2 being neglected. Itcertainly sold enough copies but it really should have been so much more.
It's definetley of better quality than Call of Duty.
And what happened to Alan Wake is just criminal. I'll never forgive Microsoft for releasing it on the same day as one of this years blockbusters from a dev studio that consistently sells millions upon millions with each consecutive title.
It was the stupidest, most thoughtless decision I've think they've ever made. The game was in development for YEARS! They couldn't have waited a couple of months?
Such a beautiful game, with so much work put into it and selling like it did? It actually makes me sick, it really does...
I thought Blur was a fun little racing game that was very neglected. You can blame its awful marketing for that though.mo0ksi
Yeah, I only played the demo but it was genuinely excellent.
I sort of feel bad now that Bizzare are shutting down. They deserve a lot better than that.
Knights in the Nightmare (PSP) siLVURcross
Gamers' Temple has such a idiotic review on KitK, here's the metacritic quote:
"The nonsensical gameplay is weighed down by far too many complex and confusing rules and stats, and all you really ever do is move a point of light around an SRPG grid-based world."
Har, har, har.
Anyways, I have an obligation to say Sengoku Basara 3 (in the west). The game got so much hate from critics in the west, but I have put in over 200 hours in it and I'm still not done.
DJ Max Portable 3 was little disappointing, demanded way too much grinding, and 0.2 modes were.... little clunky. but a fun game nonetheless. I just liked Black Square and DMP2 more. I would say Valkyria Chronicles 2Cool, a Nier thread.
Game is GOTY material but was ignored, pretty much everywhere. I'd also toss in DJ Max Portable 3 (best music game this year) and Amnesia, though Amnesia did get praise, it didn't get nearly as much attention as it deserved.

Enslaved seems to be criminally neglected. Even by me. I loved the demo but just haven't got round to buying it yet :(

felt like a cheesy rip off of uncharted meets god of war to me. IDK, I keep thinking of getting it but then remind myself of the so-so demo.
Alan Wake was a fantastic game that no one bought. It's a damn shame, too. It was incredibly unique.
And as for the whole release date thing, Rockstar delayed RDR to the date that Alan Wake was already scheduled to release on. People seem to forget that.
Tropico 3, one of my favourite 360 games.locopathoThe 360 version was a terrible port and it cameout last year.

I guess Metro 2033.

I'm gonna have to agree with this one. Although it was strickly single player, wow what a story. The set pieces were so well done (so was the lack of HUD).
Disagreeing with BFBC2, over 9000 people played that game.
As for Alan Wake, as much as M$ wasted ad space screaming about the game, that flavor of survival horror isn't for everyone, DERP.

Yeah, it wasn't the gameplay that drew me in. It was more the story and voice acting. I'll be picking it up eventually. Right after Sonic Colours, Epic Mickey and Donkey Kong Country Returns. Oh, and Lost In Shadow! *sigh* Too many games!
Bioshock 2 and Fallout New Vegas will be forgotten because of the huge shadow of their predeccessors, despite both being arguably better games. Especially Bioshock 2 (and Minerva'sDen :) )
New Vegas was a shadow of it's predecessor? HA.... If anything New Vegas will be remembered as the true sequel to Fallout 2, and Fallout 3 will be forgotten.Bioshock 2 and Fallout New Vegas will be forgotten because of the huge shadow of their predeccessors, despite both being arguably better games. As a Bioshock 1 fanboy I cannot say Bioshock 2 was neglected. The game just feels like it was more focused on that AWFUL AWFUL multiplayer then the actual story of the game. The game is good but I think they should of worked on the single player more
Hopefully Airshock wont have the multiplayer.
Valkyria Chronicles 2- absolutely gigantic and better than the first in many ways. 8.0 is too low plus it's not played by enough people.

A lot of people don't consider that to be a good thing.
So why would they remember New Vegas its the same gameplay. The RPG elements are considered to be a large step forward in comparison to Fallout 3.
I'll agree with Bad Company 2 being neglected. I can sit and play Bad Company 2 for hours, but can't stand black ops on my 360 for some reason. Everything in that game just feels alot better then COD games to me.
