I just did some calculations. Sure, the PS3 is owning the 360 in weekly sales right now, but even if the 360 stopped selling at all, it would take around thirty weeks for the PS3 to take over. The 360 is still selling, albiet not as well as before, but it will take a long time for the PS3 to catch up. I'm not saying it won't happen, but the 360 won't be beat in overall sales for some time to come.
Why call people cows, lemings or sheep? This is kinda dumb. Who cares about sales. Are you going to play your console more if it sales more. Is Halo 3 going to be better if the 360 sells more than PS3. Or is MTS4 going to be more kick ass if the PS3 dominates?

We heard the same lame arguements before Wii surpassed the 360 only 10 months on the market.
Sure you can pick your favorite and explain why, but don't state it as if it is a fact. It is merely somebody else's opinion. Please people, try to remember this.
I think the Wii only sold so much cause it is cheaper , and has more kid oriented games. Not saying they aren't for adults though, but during the holiday parents don't want to spend 400-600$ on consoles with violent games when the wii is only 250$.

all of that is true, good job on all of that, but you seem to be forgeting the sudden sales spikes the ps3 will get on june 12. also, april 15(GT5P), and april 29(even if GTA4 doesnt outsell 360 version, itis still going to move alot of consoles, with the hardware bundle). all of that within 2 months from today roughly

Cows thought it would outsell the DS once the PSP starts to get going and releases all these games, but nope, the PSP will never surpass the DS, just like how the PS3 will never surpass the 360. The 360 have to completely stop making games, stop making the console, charge Xbox Live $200 bucks a year, to even catch up with it.

First off PSP versus DS has nothing to do with PS3 versus 360...
Second the PS3 has been out selling the 360 each and every month this year and was able to out sale it world wide last year, expect it to surpass the 360 in world wide sales sometime early next year because well thats what happens when something continuously gets out sold.

Unless my math is wrong (and it very well could be, because I do mathetmatical errors all the time) 30 weeks = 7 and a half months. Now, the 360 had a whole 12 months on the PS3 didnt it? An entire 12 months the 360 was on store shelves and the PS3 wasnt even out yet. Now, dont you think it's funny that after only a year and a half, the PS3 has already ate away at almost half of that year headstart?
Like I said, my math could be wrong, so if I am, someone tell me. Please, lol.
