to be taken serious. shave down those boobs, and flatten that butt and curves. we don't anyone anywhere to get the wrong idea - EVER, we totally want to be taken 100% seriously, and these are the only type of female body-archetype that can be taken seriously!
/sarcasm.
it is literally - i think - a damned if you do damned if you don't. It reminds me of that artist who re-drew the DC universe superheroines in full body winter coats, so you saw nothing of their curves. no spandex or any of that business to oggle over. The thing is and i read a lto of comics, you can find tight male tushes goin' around if you bother noticing it. but the Western society is so attuned to listening and worry about how women feel about themselves that we don't even recognize that similar stuff is happening in the same medium. The attitude of putting a guy in scantily clad dress in high heels to prove the point of objectification misses the point entirely of how the two seperate hetero-oriented genders operate and what - in general - they are attracted to.
people wanna see idealized forms in their entertainment, we already get plenty of dosage of real life from the real deal we don't always need to be knocked over the head with a social-liberal lesson about how we or you are somehow inadevertantly hurting someone elses self-esteem because you might like to oggle or just enjoy the view of someone you find attractive in your entertainment. Because guess what, sex and looking sexy doesn't have a demarcation line at porn, it bleeds over into everything else and doesn't require any social-idealogues approval to exist either. and i'm purposely being vague on which sex and gender i'm referring to, because i believe in being fair to everyone when it comes to this realm).
