The two big games of august! MP3 V.s Bioshock

Well now that august has passed and we got to play these great game which in you opinion is better? IMO i cant pick so i say both are the same ^_^

Metroid isn't a shooter.

Boishock because its a new IP and has a more fleshed out story. MP3 is a fantastic game, but half the content was in the game from day 1. In Bioshock Irrational had to think up every little detail.PBSnipes

Bioshock is NOT a new IP! Have you played System Shock....it's the same thing, just different location...and the story is lackluster at best..and it's only 10-12 hours long...and only spans across one city...maybe less.

MP3...not a new IP, different locations (4 planets and 2 ships), Way more challenging (Bioshock is so easy a baby could beat it) , better enviorments, the story is huge (if you played the other metroid games), the game lasts 20-22 hours. I think MP3 beats Bioshock.

flop? its only like 1.4 points behind bioshock on gamerankings. the SW flop fiasco dies down after about a week then everyone just plays the games and enjoys them.

and for all you know metroid could have been an 8.7 and bioshock could have been an 8.8 :o

New characters does not mean new IP if the game is almost a clone of the old game. Not a new IP, just a new location.

I guess when not under pressure to make their game library look more diverse to PS3 fans, they just admit that it's just a shooter.

I really like MP3, but Bioshock is better.

um its called Bioshock not Bioshock 2 or System Shock 3. Its a new IP.

And difficulty should not affect a games rating.
