These released about 2-3 weeks after the shots that you posted. Bioware has stated that they're all in-game.

now look at the last pic you post  it looks like crap.  The only time this game has good graphic is when you are talking to

another character in the game, but when you are running around and fight it looks really bad.

The Beta looks and plays great, the graphics are extremely sharp and clear not to mention large levels as well.  Even Gamespot has said it looks great.
