Hey, why not? Have you even tried them? Those are two good games, but they are NOT the only RPGs on the DS. Try Final Fantasy Tactics 2, Final Fantasy IV, Mario Superstars, Magical Starsign, Eterian Odyssesy, ASH, Contact, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker, Dragon Quest: Rocket Slime, Dragon Quest 9, Tales of the Heart, Chrono Trigger, Sonic Chronicles, Blue Dragon, etc.

Ermacness, I can't play how much PS3 sold, lol. I don't care. I already own all the consoles, so I just focus on the games. PS3's exclusives are looking pretty sorry. Multiplats, I weigh my options. Smooth XBL interface for online shooters or clunky PSN? No trophy support or achievements galore? I might buy SC4 for the PS3 because I have nothing else to buy for it, then I guess I wait for LBP. In between that time I will have bought about 4 360 games. It's pretty sad. Millennium_King

It's not like the 360 has an overwhelming WRPG catalogue either that surpasses the DS' JRPG catalogue either. Plus, if one wants to go with WRPGs or MMOs, the PC does a better job of that than the 360.

Ok why the hate. Ok fair enough the DS has more library of JRPGs(a bunch of remakes and ports in certain cases as well like FF 4, etc) as well as original games(TWEWY,etc)

but as far as consoles and hell any system for that matter the 360 can cover all of the 3 big RPG types

WRPGs- Oblivion, Fallout 3, Mass Effect, Fable 2
JRPGs- FF 13, Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscoverey, Star Ocean 4, Last Remanant, Eternal SOnota
MMORPGS- Final Fantasy XI, Champions Online

Are all of them exclusive? NO
Are all of them good or look good and deserve some hype(meaning some hope they will be good). Yes.

I mean the PS3 by far isn't keeping up with the 360 in RPGs.
Definantly not the Wii
DS has JRPGs, but no WRPGs
PC has the WRPGs and MMORPGs but the lack of JRPGs will hurt it like the lack of the big MMORPGs the pC has hurts the 360.

So i would say for the most part

PC is more or less greater than or equal to 360

360>PS3>Wii

Im not saying that the DS's JRPGs are bad, but they are going to be very restrained in terms possible features when compared to consoles. The 360 may not have a sheer volume of games in every type of RPGs, but unlike the DS and PC its not missing out entirely of certain sub genres of RPGs were as the DS currently has no worthwhile WRPG/MMORPG or the PC that is entirely missing JRPGs with the only real exception being Last Remnant(if it comes to PC). I wouldnt considered a system that cant even produce a worthwhile game in certain sub genres of RPGs the RPG king.

Also I never claimed the 360 to be the RPG king.
