Cant remember what it was now. It must have been a NES game or Game Boy game. Probably Super Mario Land or Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt. But the earliest memory I have is of Mega Man, playing Ice Man's level.
Pokemon Blue, with my brand new GBC! Great birthday. For my first console game, it was Pokemon Stadium 1, in an N64 bundle with the game and an extra controller and a transfer pack.
When I was eight my parents bought a decent (at the time pc) until then i had never really played a game (id watched people play pokemon at school but had never seen the appeal) so when i was at a shop i saw Tie fighter in a sale. Being a massive star wars nut even at that early age i begged my parents to buy it and so my relationship with video games began with me being thrown into the deep end (and almost drowning :P)
Super Mario Bros... I still remember going to this guys house and watching him play it. He let me play but I was like 4 1/2 so I couldnt get passed the first hole.
