Ever wonder why Nintendo never released a spec sheet because they would know anyone that knows the basics of technical specs would know the Wii is not worth 250$.

Whether he is a lead programmer or not, he knows what's in his own machine. It's beyond doubt that he had some part in the Wii's hardware design. Thinking anything else is just nonsense.

That article is over 6 months old and has been brought up. But everyone knows it is very simular to the GC's architecture. That is why it will be easy to develop for.wooooode

So sure he's talking hardware? When the next sentence is about development tools, and using GC programs as is... One sentence can't provide context.
