A great library of games...by who's standards?
A Wii is a great device for those families who love to play videogames together.Wii Play and Wii Sports are some of the greatest games according to some of my relatives, I should really play those games, because you get to be part of the game instead of just playing it. Apparently, I've never heard of these great video games and play stupid ones like Assassin's Creed.
Is it necessarily for hardcore gamers? Eh, that one can be debated, but there are worthwhile games on the console.
I love the wii. At least it makes people get up and move when they play games.Bout_That_LifeThis. And god forbid you actually want to entertain females. Although core gaming for the Wii did suck this gen.
Same.Library was fine and most of the games I played ranged from good to awesome.Online was a mixture of horrible and okay.

This I have 25 games for the Wii. I only hated one game I purchased for the Wii.Great games, great little system. Not for everyone though.

That isn't counting Virtual Console. But I usually only ever purchase 20 games for one system each gen. The only system I have more games then the Wii is NES and PC. Though NES I'm just guessing because I currently only have 6 NES games but I'm going by Memory of all the other games I had. For PC Gamespot says I have 39 games but I actually currently have 24 PC games. Because the rest are games I used to have.
Sorry, but that's the way it is.without having a great librabry of games . therefore it shouldn't be called successful

I have about 30 games for the system, and they're all pretty good, and I missed out on a plenty of highly praised games because they didn't interest me or I didn't have the money.
You into casual, cartoon style, fitness or dance games.. or just Nintendo games, then sure its for you.
All those Soccer Moms, Elderly folks and so on bumped the sales no doubt.
Everything else is available elsewhere and also better. Even the casual games are everywhere.
QUALITY > QUANTITY.
Rather have a handful of games and Online games from my PS3, 360 and PC library over the ENTIRE Wii Library.

Have you played the entire Wii library?
It's not the all-time best library, but it's decent and the console was reasonably priced. I'm still playing on it five years in. Thank you Xenoblade Chronicles.
I still need to get some games that interested me but I didn't have money like Excitebots, Donkey Kong Country Returns, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, The Last Story (Not Out Yet), and some other games that interested me.I have about 30 games for the system, and they're all pretty good, and I missed out on a plenty of highly praised games because they didn't interest me or I didn't have the money.
