And by the looks of it the only quality games on Wii will be made by Nintendo.

2.) Games are not soley judged on graphics, they're more judged on what they bring to the table in gameplay. They especially like to award GOTY to new IP's it seems.

Bioshock to MP3? Yes, despite Gamespot's lame scores.

Ratchet and Clack: ToD to Zack and Wiki? A platformer to a point and click adventure game? Once again, no.

Tekken 6 to Brawl? Yes. Brawl > Tekken

And by the looks of it the only quality games on Wii will be made by Nintendo. So, only third party games can be GOTY or something?

i just think wii wont have a goty because the controller is not for everyone

i think it attracts more people in but in the long run you cant play a fighting game with motion control or a game like mgs, even if you tilt the controller and use those 2 buttons, it wont cut it to make a really good game most likely

SMG would be so much better if the wii had a normal controller

Yes, because SMG is such a complicated game that it needs 17 buttons.

Don't be a fanboy, the SMG controls are perfect according to previews.

The first Xbox never had a GOTY, not even Halo. The Gamecube had three.

I'm pretty sure Melee used pretty much 2 buttons and the analog stick for all the fighting. Besides, you can still use the Gamecube controller to play it and it doesnt use any motion controls.

I think the majority of gamers will be using aC-l-a-s-s-i-c or GCN controller for Brawl, although if you use Wiimote + Nunchuk, you'd probably be able to play without any motions (it's essentially a 3 button and analog game). For SMG, there is IR for pointing and shooting star bits, and a quick shake to use cannons (and I think to spin). Other than that, it's analog and the A button.

Yes it can. Critics are claiming the controls perfect and the level designs incredible. They also are stating that Mario Galaxy's graphics are on par with some XBOX 360 titles. So far I have not seen anything negative about this game from critics.

Bioshock to MP3? MP3- FPA Bioshock- FPS, but Bioshock is a little better.

Ratchet and Clack: ToD to Zack and Wiki? First of all it's Ratchet and Clank notClack. Second of all they are two completely different genres. But Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of destruction will be a better game.

Tekken 6 to Brawl? No discussion here. Brawl is definitely better.

He said "the only good games will be made by Nintendo" but he lists Zack and Wiki (Capcom) against R&C. So I guess the Wii has a third party title that can compete with one of PS3's biggest games.

You disagree with me than that the PS3 version of R&C will look better than...well any Wii game? I don't have to play it ...it is logical...and the gameplay of R&C always has been better so I don't see why it would change here. Not to mention what the hell are they going to change in the music area on mario? logic...not fortelling the future.
