+1Uh...how would porting these games to consoles affect the PC version? Civ Revolutions, Oblivion, **** any game that was PC based that has come to consoles. The first one it might not effect but the later ones it will.[QUOTE="ExplosiveChorro"][QUOTE="blue_hazy_basic"]I'd rather not have my PC games dumbed down thank you.jjccjj92

If Witcher 2 was developed for consoles alongside the PC version, I can't think of anything they would've have to compromise or dumb down to make it work on consoles. Actually, similar to Diablo 3, it'd be a perfect fit on consoles.
I'd rather not have my PC games dumbed down thank you.blue_hazy_basicI agree with this. It would ruin a great series.

I actually loved Civ rev lol, i am a massive Civ PC fan too.
The only way I'll probably play it is if it comes to my game consoles. I am getting ready to play TorchLight though. If the developers wants to make a few more millions, they'll bring "The Witcher 1 & 2" to PS3/XBox 360. The games would probably sell better on the game consoles anyway.

Me too, but I absolutely hated Civ rev. It felt like a shareware game for me.[QUOTE="Frozzik"][QUOTE="blue_hazy_basic"] Civ Revolutions, Oblivion, **** any game that was PC based that has come to consoles. The first one it might not effect but the later ones it will.blue_hazy_basic

Me too, but I absolutely hated Civ rev. It felt like a shareware game for me.I bought it budget, was very cheap. I didn't expect much and was pleasently suprised. Sure it was watered down but i did find it heaps of fun. Cannot wait for Civ 5 though.

The Witcher would play just fine with a controller. The combat is just timed clicking, which could be changed to timed button presses. The menus could get a bit clunky, but that's it. As far as actually playing the game, it would be just as good with a controller.[QUOTE="Guppy507"] It's not like The Witcher had any depth gameplay wise that could possibly be dumbed down. :|blue_hazy_basic

i agree *puts on Monicle and top hat*
I suggest next time you buy a computer to put $200-$400 extra dollars into it to make it a gaming PC.
Never in the history of video games could you expect to see all the big PC exclusives on consoles. Might as well just get a good PC and not have to worry about missing out.

you say that like a bad thing.
I like how my post gets deleted for calling you out as the elitist you are but you're free to troll around posting ridiculous comments like that. Not the first time the mods have shown a bias towards PC.Please Log In to post.
