Out of the 3 that I have played... Ocarina of Time... I did not enjoy it as much as I did TP and about half of WW [still have to get my hands on a copy and finish it].
I have yet to even take a look at MM.

:o Get on that.
Wasn't there a thread like this yesterday? ^_^;
Worst -- The Wind Waker. Loved the art style, but the sailing, Triforce-collecting, and easy dungeons were bad.
Ocarina had below average sidequests, horrible character interaction/development, and it was very ALTTP-esque, but none of it was boring, at the very least.
TP's sidequests sucked. There's no way around it. Also, the characters, pacing, and item usage was "all right" -- not great, but still fine. However, while most of the dungeons were copies of OoT, I loved the original ones (the one in the sky, and the one with the yeti).
I loved MM. I just wish it had more dungeons. :(

I felt that Ocarina of Time is grossly over-rated. I got bored and didn't even bother to finish it, mainly due to the very dull look of the game and the fact that 1998 had spoiled me with Half-Life, Star Craft, GoldenEye 64 and Metal Gear Solid. The story too failed to tingle my senses. Majora's Mask, while more visually appealing to me, also failed to ignite my interest in 3D Zelda due to the baffling structure.
I have yet to play Twilight Princess, but I can easily say that Wind Waker is my favourite 3D itteration to date. Kiddy yes, but the cel-shaded approach made the game ooze charm from every orifice.
As weird as it may sound, the graphics (mainly the facial shots) made me care for poor Link.
In case people have forgotten the endings:
Ocarina:
Zelda sends Link far into the past before ganon reached the triforce, to a point in time where Link could affect the outcome of the future
Majora
Link Free's the skull kid from Majora's Grasp and everyone is reunited in semi bliss with caveats and some finding only grief
Wind Waker
Link and Zelda kill Ganondorf. The king of Hyrule sinks his kingdom beneath the waves forever as Link and Zelda surface, he is trapped, bound to the world players have explored for the past 20 years.
Twilight Princess
Link and Zelda have just met finally face to face, they slay Ganon and say goodbye to Midna as she breaks the mirror connecting her world with theirs. Link goes back to his village, Zelda goes off and I don't know, Let's say hires some better guards.
What zelda i actually feel is the lesser and which didn't do it for me are not one in the same.
The zelda that i just didn't get as much out of was Majora's Mask. That's not because MM is bad or even less then great. It was just a lesser experience then the others. It is, non the less, an AMAZING game.
Overall though, i feel that the weakest entry was WW. But i still enjoyed it more.
freaking ocarina of time and majoras mask had way better graphicsninjaboy93
Technically, The Wind Waker had better graphics.
But it depends on what art style you prefer -- a more realistic style (like OoT or MM) or a more cartoony style (TWW).
it sucked because the graphics were terrible-Spock-
It had personality. Personality goes a long way.
The graphics on Wind Waker were great. I love the design of that game. I just thought it was really short and you spent way to much time on the boat.

The boat to Wind Waker was like Epona to Ocarina of Time. It was crucial part of the game's development since the whole world is covered in water, as you know. I personally loved the game, and found it reasonably lengthy. It really depends on how much time you invested in side quests.

Not really. You didn't need to ride Epona to go from one area to the next, except for certain areas. In TWW, you had no other choice but to ride the boat. :?

True, but you didn't quite get what I meant. The boat added something special to the game, mainly due to its ability to talk and its niche rickety charm. When watching the first Twilight Princess video at a press conference back in 2004, one of the most exciting aspects was Epona's triumphant return. You wouldn't get as excited as the journalists did if Epona didn't mean anything to you in the first place.

don't foreget having to change the wind direction every 3 minutes..ugh!!They're all good.I haven't played MM yet (it better come on the VC soon!),but from the other 3 I've played,Ocarina of Time. It's great, and while I haven't finished it yet,it hasn't given me the same feeling that Windwaker and Twilight Princess gave me.It just doesn't have that same magic feeling for me.But they're all awesome.
