Yeah everyone is gonna say WW. Personally, I never played MM so I can't say, but out of the three I've played TP was the worst.

Let me guess, Anju was one of them:P? While MM was the one I liked less, there is simply no way around it, I absolutely loved it. One of the reasons were exactly because of "the time limit" and what it actually did in regards to gameplay, characters, setting everything. The game at times felt colourfull and fun, but under all of it and at the same time it was so damn sinister.

Twlilght Princess is by far the worst of the four, but it's still a 9.5/10 game in my book. The other three are perfect 10's in my mind.

Though it pains me to say it, Wind Waker is the worse zelda I played. But TP is right on it's tail. The constant stopping, pulling the Wind Waker, change direction of the Wind, Pull the sails out again, and finally sailing toward the Wind again killed the experience for me. The boring weapons and a few boring temples killed Twilight Princess for me.....

Majoras Mask was way to restrictive. The Giiants mask was a huge waste of time, the 3 day system though was a great idea I couldn't help but help the people in that game during certain times of the day, making it hard to finish a dungeon because of distractions, Fierce Deity Mask is one of the best thing that happened in zelda yet he can only be used in a boss room in order to use his awesome power, and not enough temples. But it had the best amount of side quests, a very great story, introduced Fierce Deity mask, most of the mask were worthy to get, and being able to transform into a Zora, Goron, and Deku scrub which makes this game awesome...........

Oh my god, it's so blasphemous to even consider answering this question. All of them are pretty much my top 4 games... at the very least they're in my top 10. I said Wind Waker. ... ... ... I'll go cry myself to sleep now.

Majora's Mask is the worst 3D Zelda. But that's not really criticizing it, considering the other 3 are masterpieces. I liked the idea of the masks changing you into a Zora, Goran, and Deku. It was really innovative. What I didn't like was the whole time travel thing. That brought it down a lot.
