How had the 360 failed in terms of JRPGs. I am pretty happy with Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, Star Ocean 4, and will be happy with Final Fantasy XIII (and maybe Persona 5 ;) ). I wouldn't call that a failure.

I'm actually interested to see if FFXIII will sale more on the 360 or PS3 in America. It'd be kind of hard to compare WW sales since it's only coming out in America (possibly Europe) on the 360.mythrol

seriously if anyone thought that star ocean 4 and tales of vesperia would stay exclusive is delusional. I remember cows swearing Star ocean 4 would be released on ps3 exclusively. Now if gears of war got lost then I would really worry.

Both ToV and SO4 got mostly positive reviews. Especially ToV, which is considered one of the best JRPGs this gen.

The PS3 getting a superior version of those gamesin the future does not make the 360 versions bad.

It's like Fallout 3. The 360 version being considered superior does not stop the PS3 version from being a really good game. Same applies to GTAIV and the 360 DLC. Or Batman AA.

A console getting a superior multiplat does not make the other console's version bad. Nothing close to that.
