Theoretically, would what cause the biggest SW explosion?

This one's just for fun. It can be anything, short of one of the major console manufacturers dropping out of the gaming industry or all computers exploding (though that last one wouldn't cause much activity on here, I imagine :P)

For example, "Halo 3 will also be on the PS3/Wii", "Mario to star in a serious, God of War-like action-adventure game", etc.

I honestly think there is absolutly nothing that could be considerd out of the ordinary here. It has already happened , some fanboy already predicted it years ago.

I think the TC should use the word, Hypothetically, not theoretically.

theoretically is something possible with limited facts behind it.

hypothetically is something you pull out of your arse completely.

such as, "Sony has decided to make their new PS3 Grill Elite, Next gen starts when the hamburgers are ready!"

1. If FF13 (and up) and KH3 (and up) would become Wii exclusives (or mulitplat for that matter)
2. If GS or IGN would state that *insert game here* proved that Wii graphics are on par with PS3/Xbox360 graphics.

1.Killzone 2 exceeds every other game.

2.Microsoft and Sony become a joint compnany

3.MGS 4 multi-plat

at number one metal gear solid 4 going multiplatform. Things like Halo 3 going multiplat make no sense as its first party. If mgs4 went multiplat sony would automatically loose big. Nothing would be as big as this

at number 2 killzone 2 matching the original 05 trailer

number 3 FF7 ps3 remake that looked as good as mass effect

First off they'd have to scrap almost the whole drawing board from killzone 1, that game shucked bhaaaad.  The story is good though so if sony get off their high horse and nuckle down this game could be a new gears.
