Theoretically, would what cause the biggest SW explosion?

In no particular order...

Halo 3 flopping, the continued streak of exclusive Nintendo games getting 8.8 - 8.9, MGS 4 multiplat, Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft lay down some serious money and buy a major third party (Capcom, Sega. Square-Enix, etc.), PS3 price cut, Miyamoto reveals he is a robot from the future sent to help Nintendo destroy the world, Ken Kutaragi announces he will help jump-start the Phantom console with it's first game being Duke Nukem Forever, and... um... a new Punch Out game starring Reggie?

If none of these case a SW explosion, I don't know what will...

This one's just for fun. It can be anything, short of one of the major console manufacturers dropping out of the gaming industry or all computers exploding (though that last one wouldn't cause much activity on here, I imagine :P)

For example, "Halo 3 will also be on the PS3/Wii", "Mario to star in a serious, God of War-like action-adventure game", etc.

Let's see...Halo 3 flopping @ around 6.4, while Killzone 2 recieves glowing AAA @ around 9.6. (not saying it will hapen, lol...this is just for the sake of this topic)

However, I think that the biggest explosion would be caused by a Microsoft monoploy on the industry. While I seriously doubt this will lever happen, I think that it would untimately make more than a few people realize how much Sony and Playstation really means to the gaming industry.;)....Just a little food for thought. Hypothetically of course, lol.

I think the bigger explosion would be Killzone 3 being released before killzone 2

1- Halo 3 flopping
2- Killzone actually being.....gasp......good
3- Anyone of the Big 3 nintendo games not only flops but gets the amazing score of....8.8.
4- MGS 4 or FF 13 go multiplat to 360.
5- PS3 price drops to 300 bucks. ID buy one right away.
