There is no winner of E3 2012 between the Big 3

Well, that was a sad excuse for an E3, but I just love all the butthurt fanboys and everybody else crying over the fact that nobody "won" E3.

I don't know it's been good, a lot of great looking games announced, but I didn't find it overall to be too great this year, but it wasn't horrible like everyone's making it out to be.

Definitely quite a few interesting titles to look forward to, despite conferences ranging from sucky to decent. :P

Ubisoft wins this year deservingly so.

However, out of the big 3, Nintendo won by a landslide with it's pre e3 show.

Rather disappointing all around, except for the Ubisoft hype train. I'm aboard!

Well, to be fair, aside from exclusives an their defined components, the only things that sets consoles apart from gaming are the gimmicks and that they are eay to use for kids, so actually aiming at gimmicky causual games is what fits consoles best and I'm actually okay with it. I like consoles for some gimmicks and exclusives, but my PC (and Notebook) are the ones to play "hardcore games" (longer runing genres) on

You mean you enjoyed the PS book ? I know that was worse than kinect.

I know that MS is going to win 2012. First it has the biggest game this year.... Halo 4. Second it has first DLC on many games including COD: BOII, Splinter Cell, etc. Third it has a new feature called Smartglass that should take gaming to exciting directions. So yeah the year of the 360 confirmed! :)

The only logical answers of e3 came from stevo and freedomfreak. They all won, good for everyone. Now let's go back and rage over piece of plastic you all claim you have but don't now. I should go make another bet in the system wars game.

I came into E3 wanting Pikmin 3/Wii U, a cool new IP, and AC3. I got all of that...nothing else really, but I got what I wanted. So, it wasn't terrible, just nothing surprising, and to be honest, was largely boring.

Ubisoft saved E3 and made it at least somewhat engaging. They were everywhere. Now, think back a few days ago. Who would have thought Ubisoft would won, and by far? There's the big E3 surprise right there!

Lol and I was told Nintendo would sweep all before them.:roll:

Ubi definetly had the most impressive showing.

huge gimmick? it took like 10min maximum of the conference (maybe more but because it was having some technical difficulties). Does that alone nullfies TLOU, GOW:A, Beyond, ACIII, Playstation All-Stars (inb4butthurt fanboys calling it a SSB ripoff. I dont give a sh1t, it looks fun)? Unless you're a stupid fanboy no one could complain on sony for imposing gimmicks

The demo to TLOU looks too identical to Uncharted. Based off of that demo I wish ND would have taken a different direction

God of War looks almost exactly the same asGoW3 and them adding MP has me worried.

Beyond looks cool but if its like Heavy Rain than it isn't really a game

In my OP I did not specifically attack Sony. I pointed out the gimmicks and silly casual crap as a whole from all parties. Sony indeed had a gimmick at their conference, so they were not exempt from the OP. Did you expect me to put a disclaimer at the bottom stated that Sony's gimmick does not apply since they showed other games?
