There only be ONE Game of the Year, and it ain't MGS4

And I do not think we should take Gamespot's opinion as fact.

A game of the year needs to have:

Good writing

Good production values

Good controls

Good Combat

Good Plot

Good Multiplayer (not always

And MGS4 does not have all of these things. What game does? Which is the true game of the year?

Biggest problem IMO was the group's reaction to what the Locust Queen looked like, and the whole ordeal with the Sires. Completely brushed them off to the side as the game went on.

MGS4 won it already....that doesnt disturb me at all. What DOES disturb me is the reasoning behind the powers that be at gamespot leaving GEARS 2 off the ballot. But I can't say that MGS4's writing was any better.

After all they are just video games. Cant expect much. Its not like they have Dostoyevsky doing their writing.
