No matter how many times I watch this ad it still makes no sense to me. Every time I see it it feeles like I've been slipped a hit of acid, and I'm not having a good trip. :(
the only people who are going to spend enough time to try and analyze this commercial are fanbois and stock holders who have to make sense of this nonsense.. This commercial is a waste for Sony dollars and is not going to make any impact in selling consoles

same here. AND what makes it fail is that it doesn't make me more interested in finding out what it was about either. If it requires this much analysis and interpretation, it's not doing what a commercial is supposed to do. It's like we're all here trying to dissect Wu-Tang Clan lyrics. :?

It is indeed one of the strangest commercials I have ever seen, it is important to remember that this is Europe we are talking about. Their commercials are always weird.
The sublimal message is: 2 people in the background in the shot right at the end before the suitcase explodes and a plant there in the beginning when it explodes. Your mind notices something wrong and you become unnaturally interesting in the ad.
the ads ive seen here are crap especilay the motorstorm one...they are using a dumbed down version of the e3 cgi vid and saying its repasentative of the ingame graphics instead of just showing the true in game graphs.and the other ads have nothing to do with the ps3 what so ever.....the new this is living slogan is crap also..it sounds really cheesy when spoken in the same contex as a games machine...live in your world play in ours was much better!!
