[QUOTE="Corvin"]For 2% of the owners of X360.[QUOTE="Tony-Baxter"][QUOTE="Corvin"]I like my 360 but I'd say feeling the need to worry every time I turn it on that its going to give me the ring of death is a pretty major argument against.dumfart66
Come on, you don't actually believe its only 2%.
Come on, you don't actually beleive its over 2%.
That would spawn this magical thing called a ****action lawsuit for faulty hardware. Atleast, it would in countries with LAWS.
Its more than 2%,believe me.About lawsuits.
First it would have to be in case of extreme circumstances ,like the guy which xbox 360 broke down 7 times,he could sue but you need something called money.A gamer couldnt simply hire a lawyer and expect to win. That gamer would need to hire several good lawyers and the fact is that gamers simply doesnt have that kind of money.
Alot of gamers which xbox 360 broke down could unite and with all the money they gather hire a really good a lawyer but it will take months before the lawsuit proceed also you are gainst MS lawyers.
In my case i could do an online petition but it needs time, money and resources i dont have for the moment also that even if my x360 overheats it still works.I could sue MS but that would be the last resort in case there is nothing else to do,like if the tech support doesnt helps me anymore or something.
Now i have to make a call to MS because my x360 scratched my Dead rising disc.
