Yeah with games like final fantasy crystal chronicles, Ninja gaiden and proyect exile we are done for.. rip DS... oh wait...no
YOU PHAIL
dude ds is basically a snes / n64 ... i guess if you like games that look like they came out in 98 then ya.... i fail ... oops i mean "PHAIL" DS SUCKS BALLS UNLESS YOUR 8Rizzutto12
You mean games like Ocarina of Time, or Final Fantasy 7, because we know how terrible those were.
And no, games that came out, for handhelds in 1998 were black and green, and blurry. Unless of course they were overpriced and had a battery life of a few hours (strangely like the PSP). There is no reason that a handheld should be up to today's console standards.
Also, if graphics are the only thing that you base your opinion on, then I think you need to look at why you play games.
thats your argument .. oh no not a game ported .. i mean .. oh .. no... not a ....PORT ... they port games for a reason ,cause the psp can handle it. Can you even see "killing" with your crappy pixelated graphics? you ds owners wish you could port a decent game to your garbage handheld ;) just for the record all the decent games comming out for psp ARE NOT PORTS !! Rizzutto12
Yeah we can, go buy some contact lens...
Lets see we got ports of ultimate mortal kombat, super mario 64, etc... all enchanced ports..
Guess what, you phailed again....

Hmm, well, it hasnt been reviewed yet, so you kind of fail there, and I HIGHLY DOUBT that it will beat the DS games that scored 9.2.
Warm up your humble pie, its going to get eaten soon.

Thats a poor point for bashing the PSP. First off don't come saying Handhelds don't need to have great looking 3D graphics because it's always nicer to see a 3D game that looks really nice than a 3D game that you can barely tell whats going on. Secondly the PSP battery life is around 6-7 hours of gamin, over 12 hours for music... And not to mention the fact that there are batteries that can last even longer. And Thirdly like you said people should stop judgin games on graphics only.[QUOTE="Gh0st_Of_0nyx"]And these two games put the nail in the psp's coffin

Not only is that funny but its true.
No I think that just shows how sad and pathetic the DS is.

Ninja gaiden is better... by a a pretty short distance i must say
Seems to me those game are more "bashing" the DS...And these two games put the nail in the psp's coffin

This is a real killer DS game

Well looks like the DS's "pathetic" lineup is has been slautering the psp for about 3 years now  so that says alot about the psps and its lineup of ports....I mean games....[QUOTE="Tylendal"][QUOTE="Rizzutto12"]dude ds is basically a snes / n64 ... i guess if you like games that look like they came out in 98 then ya.... i fail ... oops i mean "PHAIL" DS SUCKS BALLS UNLESS YOUR 8haris12121212

Also, the D.S. can run for 21 straight hours on the lowest screen brightness (which I find works perfectly for 95% of games).
so killer a 3 y/o can play itRizzutto12Insulting mario is like insulting the whole gaming industry. I seriously can't believe people diss mario. NSMB despite being short, was a true 2D mario platformer it sort off rememberd me of SMW... Anyways there is hundreds of games that are rated E, that people enjoyed more than some M rated game.

Of cocurse the graphics are acceptable, and so are graphics of the PSP. As for the battery my DS lasts around 14h +/- on highest screen brightness. And the PSP for around 6-7 hours. Which I find really acceptable since excpect for a huge trip no body plays their portable console out of their house for 5h +/-.[QUOTE="Rizzutto12"]why are ports bad again? .. i missed that day of school :DTylendal
Because exclusives are a much better alternative. Especially when the ports are available on a much stronger system, or have already been out for years.
hmm ... i wouldn't exactly say that ps2 is MUCH stronger maybe a lil ... (comparing gow 2 to gow CoO)
[QUOTE="Rizzutto12"]why are ports bad again? .. i missed that day of school :Dkruesader
You clearly missed the day where you leant to give a reasonable and proper argument aswell.
whos's arguing i'm sayin psp is better than Ds .. i could care less what you say lol ..... no argument here
DS library of games is big a big pile of sh!tRizzutto12
I can think of a few games that prove otherwise:
Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Advance Wars: Days of Ruin and Dual Strike
Professor Layton
Hotel Dusk
Meteos
Apollo Justice
Mario & Luigi Partners in Time
The Phoenix Wright trilogy
New Super Mario
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin
Contra 4
Final Fantasy 3
Mario Kart
And these are just a few games that are already out. Ninja Gaiden'll be out soon, and from the demo looks it's gonna be amazing, not to mention Dragon Quest 9 and the F4 remake.
So there ya go, now you can go back to doing your Grade 8 Math homework with the knowledge that the DS has some great games to go along with the 3 good games on the PSP.
why are ports bad again? .. i missed that day of school :DRizzutto12
Here's the Coles Notes version:
Why would I ever want to play an inferior, badly controlling version of a game that's already out on the PS2?

Then why do we need to know what you think? You havn't said anything mildly interesting or constructive, so give a proper reason or dont make threads.

He's right you know.
Here's the dictionary definition of an argument, a contraversy and a dispute. I'd say this falls under a dispute.
Argument, controversy, dispute imply the expression of opinions for and against some idea. An argument usually arises from a disagreement between two persons, each of whom advances facts supporting his or her own point of view. A controversy or a dispute may involve two or more persons. A dispute is an oral contention, usually brief, and often of a heated, angry, or undignified character: a violent dispute over a purchase. A controversy is an oral or written expression of contrary opinions, and may be dignified and of some duration: a political controversy.

I wasnt referring to the "event" of an argument, I mean argument in the sense of the reasoning behind someones stance on an issue.
