These 3 games WILL recieve AAA or higher

Greetings System Wars. I pose a challenge to anyone who wants to take me up on this. I am confident that these three games, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid Other M and new Zelda Wii will all recieve AAA or higher on Gamespot, IGN and Gamerankings, that is they will all recieve 9/10 or higher on GS and IGN and 90% or higher on Gamerankings. If even one of these sites just gives one of these games below AAA then I will admit defeat and you may all claim super ownage over me. But if I am correct and all 3 sites give all 3 games AAA or higher then I will forever keep this quote in my sig and claim ownage over those who doubt me. If you doubt me, please put this in your sig.

Of course, these games are quite a bit away from us, so I'm going to bookmark this thread and bring it back up when the third game has been released (wether I've lost or won). So long.

It's obvious since Twilight Princess and Metroid Prime 3 both proved that neither series could get no lower than 9.

I have to say that I have only played Metroid once *Gasp*, Mario since Super Mario Bros World 2 on the GBA *double gasp (who wants Mario RPGs?)*, and hate Zelda and have only briefly played the Wind Waker on the Cube *triple gasp!*. I kinda think I might pick up the other Marios, but I don't regret not playing the others.

I do NOT believe these games will be AAA or higher. I have stated my opinions. Let them ring true.

Not on Gamespot. They were talking about Super Mario Galaxy 2 on the E3 podscast and I never heard so many people pissed off and disappointed to be getting a sequel to a game that they called "Game of the Year". I think the site has a real axe to grind with Nintendo for some reason and is going to use this. I wouldn't be surprised if their score for Mario was like a full standard deviation below the Metacritic and like one of the lowest score for the game. But for game rankings and Metacritic... the Mario games will be AAA because non-AAA Mario platformers don't exist. Even more prestigious, it's rare to find a console one that isn't also game of the year on various sites.

Metroid is a maybe, but I feel like it'll be AA on metacritic at worse. Once again, Gamespot may have one of the lowest scores for the game. After complaining because Mario Galaxy 2 isn't a radically different game than Galaxy but praising Left 4 Dead 2, Call of Duty 6 and gangload of other sequels that aren't radially different than the last game and pretty much more of the same, they then tore Metroid to shreds because it was different than the last game. The hatred for Nintendo is deep that they'll contradict themselves like 20 times in 5 minutes if it lets them spew more hatred about Nintendo. I wouldn't be surprised if their score was up to 15 (1.5) points lower than the Metacritic.

I think Zelda will be AAA on Metacritic. I don't know about Gamespot. Nintendo hadn't announced it yet on the last podcast that I listened to so they didn't have an opportunity to bash the hell out of it yet.

Well they have something better than Itagaki helping them on this game. They have Nintendo.
