Think Mass Effect has the best facial animations?

Don't overdo it, they are not crap, far from that, but they really are not the best.

I'm surprised he hasn't posted that 'I'd give it an 8.5' that he ALWAYS gives regarding Mass Effect. Yes, we get it, you don't think it's AAA-worthy.

SINGLE? as in one review(from GI?), thanks for clearing that up. Every Game mag has a bias.
When i rent this game, i'll make a more complete analysis on how bad the animations are.

They said Gears had great in-game animations too, What are they going to say when they see games like Uncharted or Indiana Jones that use the Euphoria engine?

I've seen last gen games with better animations than Gears, its laughable that they even said that. The graphics are great, Physics,Animations, A.i not so much.

If you don't take the ammount of dialogue that's going to be in mass effect then I guess you can make that comparison and say hl2's are better. But if you do think for a seccond how much dialogue there is going to be in mass effect and how major it will be in the game, then no other game with that much dialogue comes close.astiop

Yay I love hours upon hours of dialogue. Afterall that is what makes a great game...
