PS1- I got it November 1997. I admit I don't remember much.

PS2- Released in 2000 but it took off in 2001. I got it August 2001.

PS3- Released in 2006 but 2008 was when things started to pick up. I got it MGS4 bundle August 2008.

PS4- Released in 2013. Got it Black Friday 2015.

At the moment, I think all my gaming is last=gen, except for Fallout 4. Recently, it's been a heavily modded Skyrim, and next up it will be New Vegas/Fallout 3.

I have over 20 retail discs for my PS4 and many more digital games. The system currently has over 700 games to play. Might as well trade in oyurs if you cant be bothered. Plenty on X1 too,

It's pretty close to a bad game. There isn't really a whole lot to the combat system, the level design is dull as ****, the story is typical square garbage. I'm mostly giving it enough rope before I just say **** it and trade it in for xenoblade. Square hasn't made a good game since The World Ends With You, haven't played last remnant but guilty till proven innocent.

STALKER was one of the few games that made me want to build a PC a few years back, that and the Witcher. Good luck with the difficulty! And yay Persona 4!!!!

PS4: Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Uncharted Collection, Tales of Zestria, Divinity Original Sin Enhanced, Need for Speed, Black Ops III, Assassins Creed Syndicate, Still need to finish BloodBorne (there are many more in my backlog still to play, I buy game when I see them for really good prices, currently have 48 PS4 titles).

XB1: Rare Replay, Halo 5, Forza 6 (have 10 titles overall)

Wii-U: Yoshi's Wooly World and soon Xenoblade Chronicles. (Have 18 titles overall)

PC: Star Wars the Old Republic (yes, i'm now just getting around to it and I guess technically not part of this gen). (Have over 100 old games in steam library, again probably doesn't count for current gen).

There are lots of good games that have come out on current gen consoles/hardware. So yeah... keep thinking there's nothing to play.

The games have been great, but I have yet seen anything live up to the Mass Effect Trilogy. (But really, we have to wait for Bioware to finish the new Mass Effect Trilogy for that to be topped lol).

I feel like that game got a really bad rap, but I loved it. Was a lot better than the original Black game if you ask me.

Finally gave up trying to get into the game. I loved the music and I loved each of the characters and how they played very differently. But that's about where my love for the game stopped, and I spent quite a few hours with it before deciding to just drop it. Don't have the time to waste playing a game of that size that I'm not sure I'm even having fun with.

I say trade it in for Xenoblade if you're at that point; seems like you were at the point I was when I said I was done.

Heil68, thats a ton of games man, I can't say i'm much better, between Steam games, PS1,PS2,PS3,PS4,Xbox,Xbox360,XboxOne,N64,Gamecube,Wii,Wii-U, DS,3DS,PSP,Vita and Steam backlogs I have more than 300 games to still play if I want to play them all.

Keep them all, when we are old and wrinkly with nothing better to do, we have enough games to last us until we die.

Foxhound_Fox, Same here, I'm now just checking it out. I LOVED KOTOR 1 and 2, but gave this one a cold shoulder for it being an MMO. I decided to give it a shot with the New movie exciting me and I wanted something new rather than replay KOTOR 1 or 2 again when I have played them so many times over. I'm still mixed about it, it still feels like a MMO and not like a single player kotor. I'll still give it a bit before I make my final decision, but really, EA, they hold the Star Wars game License, get Bioware to do KOTOR 3 for all that's holy!!! I'm still waiting for the Day where my Revan and Jedi Outcast join up against the sith!

There won't ever be a KotOR III, since BioWare has called The Old Republic, and I am quoting here, "KotOR 3, 4, 5 and 6". Considering the plethora of story content (I have no way of tracking my hours spent so far, but it's likely already near or past 75) and I've barely reached level 30 with a single character (I think they top out at 60 or 65 now). There are eight different classes all with their own plot line.

It pretty much is KotOR III for all intents and purposes, and it's free. I'm not sure what they've done since I last played it (some time in late 2014) but levelling seems to proceed much quicker (when I last hung in the towel, I was struggling to get a single level in 2-3 nights of work at the low 20's, now I'm gaining two full levels in a night (just went from 26 to 28)).

It's definitely not a game that needs subscribing, unless you are trying to fast-track characters for PvP (most rewards and reasons for subscribing strike me as things directly related to PvP). I've played pretty much alone across at least 6 different characters (most to level 15-20) and never had much issue. Now that companions can heal automatically, rather than having to keep track of it oneself, combat is a breeze (purists are likely really butthurt over this, but I'm elated; micromanaging damage and healing was always a huge pain).

If you can run it, I say give it a go. So far the most enjoyable story has been the Sith Inquisitor and Jedi Knight. And the Inquisitor (specializing as a Sorcerer, essentially Palpatine) is OP as hell. At least in PvE. Massive lightning combos all over the place. Reminds me of the Vanguard from ME3. Powers that make other powers occur faster and skip cooldown entirely, rinse and repeat till everyone is dead. Ironically, I'm playing him as a light side character >_>

TOR is more KotOR, just with MMO gameplay. You can play in groups or alone and it's fairly well-balanced for solo play.

And there is TONS of story content. Including lots of references to Revan and tons of other stuff from the two KotOR's. i.e. I just did a mission tonight that featured the Rakata and references to the Infinite Empire.

Yeah, I remember them saying that that's the case. All the plot lines sound great, but maybe the resurgence of popularity of Star Wars will get Bioware to change their mind. A man can dream. :P

And I only own Mac products so I'm unfortunately up shit creek if I want to play The Old Republic. I hope you continue to have fun though!

Yeah I'm getting that vibe, but it's still not the same. My main thing is I wanted to the story to continue right off the end of KOTOR II. But I'll keep going though, I know the beginnings of any RPG can be a bit boring, so once I'm well into it my opinion may change. Gameplay does feel like it though, I just wish I could travel with a AI party that I could talk too and level up and fight beside me like the originals or like in Mass Effect/Dragon Age. (maybe you can and I just haven't gotten to it yet), doubt about the leveling them up part though. I really just started it the other night, so in a few weeks I may have a completely different opinion lol.

Currently playing Alice returns to madness, ssx, beyond two soul, beyond good and evil, trying to get into mass effect, but I doubt I will. I have zero interest in current gen yet waiting for final fantasy XV or Mirror's Edge catalyst to drop. My interest in gaming is at its all time low, I don't know if I'll bother with gaming.

PS4 has been seeing use with Axiom Verge and The Order, along with the regular DOA5.

So this gen isn't so bad...

A lot of my time is being put into last gen games. Playing Bioshock Infinite on PC, the Uncharted series on PS4 and for next gen Unity on XO.

Playing Just Cause 3. It's pretty fun. Who guessed, I still like blowing things up creatively. The sexplosions are very beautiful.

I only own a PS4. The gen doesn't suck...for me at least. How the **** can a gen suck when you have MGSV, Witcher 3, Bloodborne, and Fallout 4 release in 1 year?

Main folks I see claiming the gen sucks are PC dorks whoring for some console exclusives: coming off like the redundant dissatisfied wife in their youtube vids and on internet forums. Even the console fanboys who own more than their preferred platform usually don't go as far as saying the gen sucks.

Now if you wanna talk console hardware being not up to par I can understand that, but not for a lack of great games. I just beat Until Dawn, and it was one of the most fun experiences I had all year. Best $20 I've spent in a long time.

Also I don't play my older systems anymore really, as I just don't have the interest. Tried playing Wind Waker on my GC earlier this year, and it was a blurry mess that I couldn't look at for more than 10 mins, and I haven't played my PS3 or 360 in nearly 2 years.

Too buried in current gen titles. Just finished Chapter 1 in MGSV, I'm on the epilogue of Starcraft 2 LOTV (might coast through the rest on easy just to finish it. I don't care to reacclimate to the Terrans and I assume Zerg.) and I've got six or seven games waiting behind it.

I suppose I'm finding a renewed interest in Xenoblade Chronicles on 3DS.

Not a very good game either, but it's the only Zelda I've played and not completed, and I wanted to do something about that.

This gen does indeed suck serious amounts of ass. At least Wii-U and PC has some good titles.

I played the PC version, such an awesome game. Since we're probably not getting a Psychonauts 2, I had this idea that Psychonauts should be a movie. Like a Pixar movie. It could be the greatest animated movie of all time.

Might be easier to say what I have been playing this gen. I think the only game I have been playing from this gen is Arkham Knight I think. Even then I go back to the previous Arkham games. I've beem playing MCC, but does that really count?

There might be some others. But in no way is this gen as good as the last so far.

I'd say that's the first game I've "powered through" in atleast 5 years. The game starts ok and just continues on a downward slope of tedious combat and boring story.
