I do know one thing. It is going to be interesting seeing how this all plays out. Which system will sale more copies. What will the PS3 get for DLC (although I am not big on paying for mods seeing I am a PC gamer). I will be getting it for my PS3 (not willing to wait on the PC version, plus I just like these types of games better on console). If I didn't already have my PS3, I would get this bundle for sure.
MS is doing deals like crazy. Some stores are giving out free 360 points, some are giving out 3 month LIVE cards, some are giving away exclusive gamer pics, not to mention the $50 million used to ensure some exclusive content. I bet they are also putting a lot of money in commercials to ensure the 360 logo is much larger then the PS3 logo.
What does Sony do? They introduce a PS3 with GTA 4 packed in...........

My point: MS has to SCRATCH and CLAW for every GTA4 sale cause it is primarily played on a Playstation console. All sony does is pack it in with their console, whcih basically is more effective from a marketing perspective then EVERYTHING MS is doing.
I am seriously angry on how MS didn't get a bundle of their own, it's such the obvious choice. They will be even more screwed if they don't drop the NA price in the next few weeks.

PS2 made GTA what it is today without PS2 GTA3 wouldnt have been as big it's a great game but the PS2 sure did help it.
