She's just selfish. Plain and simple. There is no reason being in a relationship should mean no more hobbies/interests/passions. Both people are supposed to have their own me-time for what ever, as well as the quality time together. My guess is she doesn't know how to spend time on her own, so has to have someone around all the time focusing on her to give her life meaning. Sad really.AdobeArtistWell, on the ebay auction, he says it's for more money and because he doesn't play much anymore. So, he didn't explicitly say it was her fault...
[QUOTE="jdknight21"]LOL. "My daddy works for the government, therefore I'm better than you." It's a very odd thing how 2 groups of people that mostly do the same thing are so different. Contractors = great to work with, the other group......eh not so much.Jandurin
Meh, I came to like contracting more. Less political, but some people are still cut throat though. Sounds like you were one of the lucky ones in the area to be raised right. Is Anne Arundel still overrun by whitey G-Unit kids?

I didn't read the details of the auction, just going by the impression this thread gives of the situation. So there's different possibilities:
* he's flat out lying about his reasons, to try to maintain his dignity, but really she demanded this, said she wouldn't marry a guy who playes video games - what a b***
* she didn't forcefully push this, but did use her feminine wiles, batted her lashes, whispered sweet nothings to more gently persuade him - he's kind of a sucker for a skilled flirt, but then for many men who isn't?
* of his own volition, he really did get past that in his life and came along the thinking of "I won't be playing with these gamepads anymore, but she'll be playing with my joystick" - could be considered a fair trade if that's what he wanted
I stay away from Anne Arundel.... Actually, my girlfriend lives there, right next to BWI. I'm contracting right now for Lockheed Martin, actually. I do stay away from Arundel Mills these days, because of those very sorts. And because I hate shopping, and malls.Meh, I came to like contracting more. If i had a collection like that i wouldn't give it up for the world, however i haven't got half the room for all of that lol
But look on the bright side most of those games are going to be available on the Wii's VC so it's not all doom and gloom.
