I've already promised GUFU that should Dudley not be announced in the first version of Street Fighter IV I will indeed destroy my Dreamcast and do my best to tape it on my Camera phone.

I know right lol. When Balrog took over Shadaloo he gave it a huge dose of F.E.M.A. Now Balrog is a bum on the streets.

Dudley has....

1. A flying Coat
2. Is able to trim hedges with boxing gloves on
3. Can loosen a bow tie with boxing gloves on
4. Gotta butler > Alfred and Geoffrey from Fresh Prince of Belair

There was a reason they kicked Balrog out of boxing. Its because of his dirty headbutts and dirty fighting sty1e. Essentially he did not fight like a Gentleman.

People might as well just accept it as fact. Dudley > Balorg. Those who do not, well lets just say....

The fact Dudley is BRITISH also makes him that much more of a badass. In my opinion, the fighters you should fear the most are the ones who ALWAYS keep their cool, are prim and propper, etc.
