Throphies > Acheivements ??

I thought I was going to get banned anyway, I don't know how it works but I have atleast 4 warnings and 4 point losses..

I don't really have a reason for coming clean, it just went on for to long and I suppose I wanted people to know it was them that were being fooled :P

Their both merely evolutions of the age old ''HIGH SCORE'' systems of yester years arcades. But in all fairness Acheivments are on every 360 game whilst Trophies are only available to a select few games.

For that reason Acheivments>Trophies

So are top scores in classic games, but people still do them. Why, because its a competition and its fun.

How is this even a question?? Trophies are utterly pointless. How can I compare between friends when only a handful of games are supported and the service hasn't been present since the start??

With Achievements I know that EVERY game that person has played has been tracked. With trophies I cannot tell if they have a low score because they haven't unlocked much or if most of their games don't support them. Waste of time.

PS_John didn't have a 360 when he wrote in the other thread but he bought one in the weeks between that thread and this thread. Now he is acting as if he had one the whole time and that he is really smart and fooled everyone. BUT NOT ME!!!

If he had a 360 when he wrote in that thread, he would have taken a picture of his 360 and posted it about a day or two into the thread. It would have been much easier for him to post a picture of his 360 than a million pictures proving he doesn't have a PS3.

And PS_John if you did have a 360 at the time you are a fool and I feel sorry for you

Not to Game devs.

Through them they can track what most people do with there games, how much time they spend in each games mode.

This may be why we see less games with epic storys, and more in favour of online play,

How is that possible, if most ps3 games, including new releases, dont even have trophies?
