Why? 6 of the 10 games are on PS3. Or are you referring to Uncharted 2 ranking lower than Halo? Personally, I don't care about these sorts of lists anyway. It's just one guys opinion. My list would be different, as I'm sure any 360 fans list would be.

Fixed to my opinion. I would change the entire list pretty much, but could have been worse.

Uncharted 2 is a great game, but I SERIOUSLY would not listen to Time Magazine of all things regarding video games. ;)
