Neither of them are good enough for me to consider buying them. Conan was a little more fun and maybe i would play it more than an hour, unlike Timeshift.

While I completely disagree wtih the ratchet review, I think he is completely right with this one. The demo was mediocre.

Absolutely hated the demo, surprised it even made 6.5 tbh.

Though to be fair, Conan definitely didn't deserve 7.5 either. That should've got like.. 4.

Seriosuly tho is story that important in FPSs now ? The devs are at fault here tho, changing the story , and switiching the environments to look so generic. This will be a new franchise ( the devs said that ) so hopefully the next one will be better.

I can't believe people are defending Timeshift. The demo was garbage. The game is boring and completely mediorcre compared to other shooters that are available right now.

Bioshock, Resistance, The Orange Box, Halo 3 are all available right now and far more worthy of your money.

Yeah, the old story was so much better and the old lengthy cutscenes told you a lot more about the atory and its characters. They should have kept Michael Swift as the main character and just put him in the suit. It seemed much more cinematic. They didn't switch the environments though. They still have the same environments that were in the original TimeShift, but the city level looks different, that's it.

The gameplay is just so satisfying and fun that you can overcome the shortcomings.

IGN gave it a 7.6 the demo is pretty good not great but not bad either. Conan got a 7.5 :|

I've had no problem with them..

The controls weren't the problem for me, the game just seemed like nothing special, even the time controls.
