I liked the PC demo and just got the full game.

i thought the demo was rly good. I still might get it tho, i kinda like most of cyber-phunk stuff.

Jeff - for Twilight Princess, GTA: LCS, and Bioshock (some people were upset that it only got a 9.0) :P

oh well, who cares. im still gonna get this game, cause i loved the demo and none of the listed negatives sound like they would bother me much

i never thought this game would have a good story, and i doubt the game will feel repetitive to me. i mean, after all, dead risings repetitive nature didnt bother me at all, so tearing dudes apart in slow mo probably wont ever bore me

Judging by the demo it's a decent game with pretty graphics and a cool gimmick, but it relies too heavily on old fashioned game design. The AI seems to be moderately smart but for the majority of the demo they force you into these tiny tunnels and corridors with the AI standing on top of walkways like idiots. The whole game just feels a bit stiff, old and linear like this. There's this one time in the demo where the AI gets a little more room to play around in, at this moment it's very reminiscent of FEAR, in a good way. The full game needs more of that.

Everyone should watch Gametrailers review. Looks pretty good.

I don't care what game the dude reviews, if I want to play it I'm going to play it. I follow my own tastes, not Gamespots and I respect their reviews. This doesn't mean I agree with them all the time, It just means they are entitled to their opinion. I like that their scores tend to skew a bit lower than most, it means they don't overrate games most of the time.

people need to give it a rest. If you like the game so damn much BUY IT. That is the most important thing that you can do.

The combat is repetitive? It's a FPS what else to you do excpect shot on people? :?

Anyways I realllllly like the demo kind of surprised of the score but yeah.

There is no justification for wishing that someone lose their job just because you disagree with their opinion. The funny thing about this is I never heard of the guy before all of this nonsense, now I want to read all of his reviews. I'm sure his job is quite safe. In fact this type of nonsense just encourages other sites to do exactly the samething because, instead of just leaving, you stay and whine about what was written all day. Nice.

Arron is a fair gamer. All the games he plays is around 6.5's. He dosn't like gaming. None of the games he reviews intrest him.

I can't believe people are defending Timeshift. The demo was garbage. The game is boring and completely mediorcre compared to other shooters that are available right now.

Bioshock, Resistance, The Orange Box, Halo 3 are all available right now and far more worthy of your money.

Stop hatin' on Aaron, it's getting tired. A 6.5 is more than fair for that crap. I think he was being generous.

when I FIRST read about the game a long while ago I was fairly interested in it. Read the newer stuff on it, played the demo a few times.

It was mediocre at best. It was as bland as an FPS can be. Gunplay was boring, simple basic weapons.

Time control seemed kind of broken and could be tweaked a bit better. Enemies were boring and dumb.

The only thing I found fun was pausing time, and shooting enemies with the exploding arrows and watching them blow to bits, and rewind it, then slow mo, and repeat.

I thought the demo was... decent.

The gunplay wasn't the most satisfying, but the time features were fairly enjoyable where needed. At the time, however, I played the Stranglehold demo a lot, so I was used to slow-motion, which I enjoyed more in said game.

I got this game. While I think they did rate it rather low it definitly isn't some insane shooter. It feels like something from 2004 era of shooters on the PC. Not this gen. I would say 7.5-8.0.

I can't believe I'm seeing some lems call this game "generic" and "unoriginal", yet they stick up for Halo 3. :| Give us consistency!:xBioShockOwnz
