sounds like it's by game design. Xbone does 64 players on BF4 just fine. You sound like a dumb ass even though I know you trolling.
so?
i mean i'm not planning on getting it because i am mostly all shootered out but if i was it is exactly what i would rather play.
a meaningful role on a small team rather than a nobody on those massive teams with a pile of guys on it.
it makes me crazy that you sw dudes always hype up those games with assloads of people on them when it has been shown time and again that those massive battle games suck ass and disappear into obscurity months after they come out.
meanwhile PS4 will have a game with 1500 vs 1500...lol
you guys will play that game for a month then forget about it like everyone on PC did.
6v6 can not be all the game supports... lol
That is an even bigger joke than expected. 6v6 is an alright number if it is one life a round gameplay, but not respawn.... huge mechs on small maps sounds horrible.
Over hyped confirmed if this is true... however, I HIGHLY doubt this game will only be 6v6.
I played all of 3 FPS games last generation: Resistance 1, the first Modern Warfare, and Borderlands 1.
Sad as this may sound, but I got a PS3 a couple of months after launch and have not taken a single game online. I've just never got into online multi-player. I think I played a handful of games of NFL 2k5 on the PS2 and haven't played online since....including PC. What can I say? I'm a single-player kind of guy.
Even old COD had 9v9 mode right? At least 24 player server will be present of pc version hopefully... Not every game is best with more and more player but this type of game 6 player team is such small.

Don't really care as its free.

This is known since E3... It is 6v6 bs. They can't handle real players so they give you AI to kill lol 6v6 with AI running all over the map what a fail
6v6, plus each has a mech, plus enemy/companion AI. sounds great to me.
The game will look terrible graphically. Tiny maps, few players, last gen resolution and foliage that doesn't even animate.
not sure why 6v6 is a bad thing... the best games for competitive play are around 6v6,
ns2 6v6
cs:go 5v5
dota 2 5v5
LOL 5v5
l4d 4v4
tf2 6v6
gears 5v5
halo 4v4
some of these games can be played with over 24 players, but play best with these amounts listed above.
play the damn game the way it was designed to be played than judge it, stop crying for more players like an idiot, more will lead to unbalanced gameplay
try playing l4d with 8v8 its retarded.

You forgot the AMAZING facial expressions only available on X1 near you
lol
It's an arena shooter not Battlefield, the whole point of games like this is that skilled players can dominate and that's just not possible when you have numbers so high that every firefight is completely unpredictable carnage.
I want to be able to get into my Titan and feel like I'm in a powerful machine and that I have an advantage over the enemy; not be instantly obliterated from 16 different directions because the player count is massive on maps not designed to support that number.

I'll give you that. It was fun for a month. Just letting you know what you getting into.

Almost every game I have played online allows you to lower the player count. Plus the game will already have more players as AI ..lol
Hahaha, now Shitspawn is on neogaf doing damage control
"Bu bu but it was so action packed we couldn't take any more!!! P-please give a try..."
I dont understand? 16 or 64 players 720p trying to hit 60fps?
Did they spend extra time making it under perform?
lol CLOUD POWER
The game was praised by almost every game publication at E3. It won tons of "Best of" awards. This board is crazy.
Perhaps M$ would have better served their customers by investing the millions they obviously spent bribing the makers of TitanFAIL to make their crummy little opus an Xbone exclusive into improving the hardware of the Xbone to ensure it could actually handle the basic requirements of next gen gaming. Pathetic.

Until I play it that number means **** all
This & this... Except I won't play it, because it looks mediocre, like every console shooter so far this gen.
