It's great if you get it on disc (kind of, you still have to install the game) but downloads of that size with subpar speed must be atrocious... I can't complain much, my ISP thankfully delivers, but I can see this being a problem for many, many people. Especially on day one for popular stuff.

I can not fucking wait for my brother to get this digitally so he could share with me and I get the game free! But after playing the beta I would have bought this anyway. If I didn't have an XO I would have bought one for this. Playing on the XO with the XO controller over Xbox Live with friends is the only way the definitive way I would play this shit. Can't wait! I'm disappointed they didn't fix the 60fps frame lock even with v-sync. Supposedly a fix is coming, and I think there are ways to get around it. still annoying though because it can cause some mouse problems
Will the PC version be any different than the console version. I really would like to play the game on a custom server with no AI bots.
Serious question. Have you played the game? I'm guessing you haven't, but I could be wrong. I think the bots are great because they add a way for you got get your XP up, but don't provide so much resistance that the game turns into a "watch your back fest". They also provide a tempting decoy for you to go after them so you can get a Titanfall quicker. If you haven't played the game, just do it and stop worrying about trivial things such as what the bots are doing. It all fits together nicely. I'm a skeptic by nature, but this game is like a new school Unreal tournament
Only played the beta on both the PC and X1, but I was not a fan of the AI bots. Especially after looking at my score at the end of a game, just to find out most of my kills had been from killing AI soldiers. Dont get me wrong I did find the game to be very fun. But killing AI bots is only going to last so long for me before I lose interest in the game.
Looking forward to playing this multiplat on my friend's PC. Hype met. What is the framerate like for Console players?

Respawn puts an emphasis on stable and high framerates. I would expect a solid 60fps on all consoles. They've always been willing to cut down on detail and resolution if it meant a smooth framerate.
Considering the focus of multiplayer gamer is rarely the graphics it's usually a justified compromise. Certainly didn't hurt the CoD series.

Yeah Titanfall is so lame that even biased sources won't score it higher. KZ2 is a much better shooter for real gamers that's why. Titanfall is nothing more than a COD clone with mechs. Reviewers realized that but they had to give it a big score otherwise they wouldn't receive a check from MS and EA.

Whoa, it's dropping on metacritic lol. Still a good game though but not revolutionary like lems hoped. Same thing I thought after I played the beta. Will get it as soon as it drops to $20 on Origin.
For me the review from GS reads like a 10/10, since I really do not care about the lack of campaign, and that was pretty much the only negative in the review. Anyways, the reviews are amusing to read, my mind was made up after playing the beta.....its awesome that we are getting 15 maps on day 1.

Sources always put below average intelligence reviewers to review COD clones. Also they get paid. For a game as big as Titanfall with all the paid reviewers, etc to get a 88 in Metacritic that means the game is barely above average in the real gaming world. Just like my assesment with the beta showed. The game was too easy and COD-ish for real gamers like myself.
So you don't trust gaming journalists, or people who have played the beta or the actual game this past weekend. Why don't you simply say you don't like Titanfall and that's that? No need to try and place yourself on some gaming podium as if you're special and other opinions aren't. No need to act like a little kid, seriously. If you don't like Titanfall, fine. But a ton of real gamers obviously do, hence the reviews. Might be time to grow up.
It's a duty of real gamers to spread the turth even more when xboners think that they are right. xboners are always wrong. Innocent and ignorant people can be lured by xboners' low standards if we, real gamers, don't speak up.

Hype met, I dunno about getting this game, I didn't enjoy the beta on pc. I'm pretty much burnt out on twitch shooters and shooters in general but congrats to respawn and EA. I may get it on sale at some point but to me you can tell it's a console shooter and until its on PS4 I'm not a guaranteed purchase.

The consoles also only include 500 GB hard drives with mandatory installations, though. Including uncompressed audio in games simply to fill the disk seems pretty excessive.
