Face it, %99 of people when given any option would rather stab themselves with a rusty spoon than use Windows.

I'm confused on how this owns anyone.

i've been in the beta for weeks, the update is fantastic, the browser works really well and everything is even quicker than before there are new things too (which i cannot talk about). I cant see any ownage sorry.sts106mat

Looks almost exactly the same as the current dashboard LOL RR360DD

windows 8's launch looms but already its going to be ruining people day. the good news is that its lems who are getting the worst of it. i give you XBL metro!:

for those wondering this is what windows 8 under metro looks like. except with a free-motion mouse. or if your using a touchscreen nothing but images.

all i see here is fugly green and white on fugly gray.. blended togeather to form a big inconvenience.

"Modern"(aka Metro) UI works fine with Synapsis based trackpad or a mouse with a scroll wheel.

PS; Windows 8 Pro RTM work great on my Acer Iconia W500 tablet e.g. imrpoved my SunSpider JavaScript Benchmark to 812 ms i.e. faster than Apple's iPad 3 and iPhone 5.

Starting in two weeks hermits will beusing an 'xbox' like interface with the release of Windows 8. Cows will be using it to post on thsi website about how much they hate it.

Buy any sony bluray player and notice how they all use the same interface as the PS3, old and outdated by a decade. Come on Sony, can't figure out a simple interface update?

Am I getting this right? XBL users pay to have adverts in the middle of the UI! Infact not just in the middle, it's the largest, most promenant panel/icon on the screen! Begining to think that the Cows have a point when they slag of XBL as a paid for service.

I am so glad I've never even tried to put my xbox 360 online
