Believe it or not this is one of the few games that make me want a 360. I really wish they came to PSN. The good times me and my bro had playing this on the snes. One of my favorite games of all time.
The game is longer than half an hour, there is more than mindless button mashing although that is a lot of it. I played it last year and it is still fun.

I wonder if that reviewer played and enjoyed the original because this is the same game but with updated graphics and online. Maybe he expected something more and something new besides the graphics? Oh well, I hope they do add new stuff later on. If you were a fan of the original then you should be a fan of this version. I remember having good times with this game with my sibs and childhood mates. I'll be getting this later on this week.
This game blows. They changed it and tried to make it all "edgy and cool" for a new audience. One of things that made the original so fun was the humor. It didn't take itself too serious. I hate Ubisoft.

After watching the original arcade version here, I just appreciated Re-Shelled even more after playing the first level in the trial. Here's the Re-Shelled version.
That sucks, I hope it ges A(7.0-7.5) here at least, I'm looking forward to it.

It's a great game and a very fun game online. IMHO, it's one of the best remakes of an old classic arcade game that I've seen in quite a while. Oh, well, that's great to hear, though I'm still trying to get it.

I'm comparing them on youtube and the SNES version is way better. I mean the boss for the arcade version of prehistoric level is a freakin blob and in the SNES its a badass turtle named slash...

EDIT: Wow I just watched the walkthrough of both the arcade and snes version and the last boss is just so different. The arcade version is so lame compared to the snes. I'm having a hard time getting excited about this game anymore even when it does hit the PSN.

Yes, you should , I still have my SNES. And I wish they remade the SNES version instead.

LOL, the online is great, but the campaign is so flawed, not bad, but has some problems. Also, those graphics, again, not bad, but not worthy of a 9.0 like IGN gave it.
I kind of expected it. Turtles in Time is one of my personal favorite games of all time and I sensed bad things as soon as I saw the screenshot. It seems like as if it's missing the "essence" and I just don't like the changes they've made in the graphical, sound and gameplay department.
I would love to see a Streets of Rage 2 version like this!

So they flopped it basically because it's an old-school remake and not raising the bar? Hmm, how do you raise the bar for what is basically a reskinned version of the original? Sounds odd. I was never buying it, but I wouldn't let this sway me either way.

Here, it was amazing. One of the best in its genre mostly because the huge amount of weapons :D
