all i care about is that they are announcing/showing new titles...

i dont care if a talking head gets up on stage and blabs about quarterly results or not, the meat of the presentation would have been the game announcements, that's really what matters.

sony still has a good line up of titles for the ps3 on the way,but for them to not have a keynote at TGS is VERY odd.

Wow, Sony not doing a conference, and Nintendo not even attending?? Why would they do that? It's right in their own backyard. I guess Nintendo doesn't have to worry. They dominate the Japan market.

Just a couple dumb sites that didn't do research and posted fake rumors that were so called confirmed. But I got the real proof here that its all bs as its from the official japan tgs website and its from the official sony booth which list that there are conferences. ooo and anyone read this from the kotaku live key note of micorsoft conference?

I chuckled at the quality software, more like games targeted at kids and parents.

Demon's Soul is not looking so good. How early in development is this? Did anyone care about it? Ridiculously sparse, bland and dull looking castle/dungeon environment where you run around and whack people over the head. Guy says it looks like Lair, people who have played it weren't impressed either. Saying it's awful and plays like ****.InsaneBasura

I did get that vibe, sort of, in third person with better combat and animations. But then it's like a choppy 15FPS iphone video, so, can't really tell much apart from the level design and graphics looking excruciatingly dull. It certainly doesn't look promising, that's for sure, especially considering the comments given.
