Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 best game ever on ps2 according to alot of cows.

Whenever you bring up 360s AAA titles and compare them to ps3s the answer you get from cows is , " Still Mad at mgs4 = 10 and the best game so far on this gen " or " MGS4 10 >>> 5 360 AAAs together.

Then you tell them , Metal Gear solid 4 is not the best game ever and it didn't deserve the 10 , Gamerankings scores both geow and Halo3 better then MGS4.

SO lets make it OFFICIAL. The Cows or any fanboys who claims that only gamepot scores matters and you are not allowed to have your own opinion or go by 72 reviews instead of one ( Gamerankings ) , all of you think that Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 was the best game on ps2 since it got a 10 and you are not allowed to have different opinions or use other reviews.

That proves to me that you have baaaad taste when it comes to games and that you should not be taken serious.

I mean how can you think that

THPS3 Owned Metal gear solid 2 , GTA : SA , Metal gear solid 3 , Resident evil 4 and God of war 2 together.

Yeah that's right its exactly the same thing as saying MGS4 owns Gears of war , Halo 3 , Forza 2 , Mass effect and Perfect dark zero together.

So from now on , Who ever tells me ," You are only allowed to go by gamespot scores and MGS4 is the best game this gen" that same person thinks that THPS3 Owned Metal gear solid 2 , GTA : SA , Metal gear solid 3 , Resident evil 4 and God of war 2 together and he is not the person I would like to take any advice from when it comes to gaming.

You think your thread will make everyone use gamerankings? Thats laughable in itself. Lemmings cried when cows started using gamerankings and pretty much made it a rule to use gamespot, and besides we are on their website so we use them. Its pretty funny to see lemmings crying like this.

So basically you're trying to own lems? They're the ones that enforced the "GS only counts" sw rule.

Uhmmm...cows did not start the whole "GS ONLY" rule. That started last gen because Sheep and Lemmings kept arguing over how GC games were outscoring Xbox games at Gamerankings. Lemmings kept saying that if people wanted to us scores from other sites, they should leave GS and go to those other sites. And while all fanboy groups love saying "GS only" when it benefits them...they also ALL go elsewhere when it suits them.

Second. No cow has ever claimed that Tony Hawk 3 is the best game ever on PS2. And your logic is completely flawed anyway because you can't directly compare a fantasy skateboarding game to an action game. In other words, just because TOny Hawk 3 scored a 10, doesn't automatically make it the best of ALL GAMES on the console. Each genre is held to its own standards and rated compared to similar games in that genre. No reviewers were sitting around saying, "Tonhy Hawk 3 is better than Vice City, so it should get a 10." That is just ignorant to believe that. what they DID do was say TH3 was both a great game, and it set the standard for what any and all future skateboarding, or extreme sports type games, should strive for.

Lemmings were upset that the sheep kept referring to GameRankings, where more GC games dominated the top of the charts, and games like Metroid Prime and/or Wind Waker (at the time) were beating games like halo and Splinter Cell.

What the TC is trying to say is that by saying MGS4 is the best game ever because it got a 10, is like saying THPS was the best game because it got a 10 which is laughable compared to the other PS2 games and Xbox games for that matter.

All he wants is that we stop saying MGS4 is the best game ever because of it's score and consider it the best game because of what it offers.(And that alone is better than just a score.) Same with any game that gets a 10. It's the experience that matters(The good/bad scores are just bonuses.)
