top 10 longest games

these are the top 10 longest games, in order:

1. LittleBig Planet

COD4 has to be up there, and Warhawk, I have spend loads of time on that, especially with update packs.

But oblivion is at the top. Its literally all I played on the 360 for months. I must have between 200-300 hours on that thing.

Games like Daggerfall or Wizardy7 are longer than all non-MMOs in your top10 combined

Why?  It isn't the only game with user created content, and there are more established games too.  

Edit: Also, the rest of your list really falls apart, no offense.

I would hope TC means the top 10 games he has personally spent the most time on this gen.

There is no way you can compare the longevity of multiplayer games and the list of single player games would all be RPGs.

To you, maybe. For me it's:

1. Silkroad Online (2,000+ hours)

2. Runescape (1,200+ hours)

3. MU Online (800+ hours)

4. Pokemon Yellow (110+ hours)

5. Pokemon Gold ( 105+ hours)

6. FFXII (88 hours)

7. FFX (78 hours)

8. Jeanne d'Arc (55 hours)

9. Dragon Quest VIII (55 hours and about ~60% done with story)

10. Oblivion (48 hours and ~50% done with story)

I think there are lots of games that I played more than 50 hours that I left out, but I don't remember exactly how long I played them for.

I remember spending ages on that game lol.

I spent more than 10 mins to write the message on this topic and it all went in vein because some technic problems.

If it's MMORPG, it should be Ragnarok Online for me. played it for more than 2 years. 5 days a week. 2-3 hours a day.

if it's Playable-online, it should be WarCraft 3 for me. thus I only played on some maps like DotA or TD and didn't even finish the campaigns.

If it's non-online, it should be Pokemon Crystal and Havest Moon 3 for me. both 100 hours+

List fails due to the fact that it dosent contain Counter-strike (if where counting MP games)

10 years running and still strong.

I find it disturbing that Gears of War and Halo are on that list.

Daggerfall alone contains more gameplay than 90% of that list put together.

Halo:CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, CS:S, Quake 3, Star Wars Jedi Knight Academy, GTA III, Gears Of War, TF 2, The Sims.

(Multiplayer of most of the games.)

How'd you manage 50+ hours in Jeanne D'Arc? :shock:

As a JRPG fan, I've clocked in a lot of hours in them most notable; Final Fantasy 8, Final Fantasy 10, Dragon Quest 8, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3

I've also heavily played; Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Pokemon, Burnout 3, Soul Calibur 3, Bully, Legend of Zelda Wind Waker/Twilight Princess, Super Smash Bros. Melee

Where is starcraft?

I played longer in a single day (even just one match) compared to a whole campaign of a game.
