Top 10 Longest Lasting Non-Online Games

Super Mario World - I can go back and beat the whole thing, come back and do it again 6 months later. 

Really, IMO, the longest lasting games are the older game I loved so much when I was younger from the SNES generation of games.  Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, and 3, Super Mario World, F-Zero, Mario Allstars, etc.

Football Manager 2004 -2005 - 2006 - 2007 - 2008 - 2009

Championship Manager. 1 - 09

Final Fantasy Tactics.

Disgaea 1, 2, 3

This gen I can really only think about Oblivion, with mods I spent more then 50 hours on it.

Otherwise there isnt really any games this gen I played very much single-player.

Dead Rising is a good example, it not a long long game, but I played it about 8 times in a row.

The Witcher took quite a while to finish.

It took me 51 hours to finish the game and this was excluding the witcher contracts and a few side-quests.

Mass Effect has approximately 55+ hrs of play time if you take on most or all the side quests. Of course Oblivion easily beats that with something like 100+ hrs.AdobeArtist

All of Mass Effects side quests were essentially "go to planet, kill, done" but with the fun of similar looking box rooms and corriders.

I have over 40 hours into Final Fantasy Tactics A2 for the DS and I'm only through 100 of the 300 missions.

I would also have to say Forza 2 and Gran Turismo 4. Endurance races are brutal.
