TOP 10 RPG this gen according to gaming bolt

I would place Mass Effect over fable 2 and oblivion in a heartbeat... sad that oblivion has what it takes to make number one when its not even as good as Morrowind..

well not every sequel can always be as good as past iterations of a gaming franchise

some people like oblivion better, some like morrowind better

that's all there is to it...and it just seems like these guys like oblivion

i know a few people who absolutely hated morrowind, but love oblivion

i stop playing VC on chapter 10 after the battle tank with general maximillian.. i got bored on it.. il give it a second chance though..

fallout 3 is better than oblivion. much better. or maybe the oblivion setting just isn't for me. then again i love demon's souls so it must just be that oblivion was boring.

Seems to me he was struggling just to come up with 10 rpgs in the first place.

I stopped reading after I saw Fallout 3 on the list.

its their opinion, I would have put Valkyria Chronicles at number 1.

I agree with Oblivion but imo Masseffect is way better than Fable2. I havent played demons soul yet

No Witcher is bad but Valkryia Is on that list and i love that game!

Oblivion number one is a given its a great game with tons of depth and basically said, all new western RPG's should be like this!

I agree with that but I think they should put Fallout 3 where Mass Effect is and put Mass Effect where Fable 2 is.

No 1. The Witcher? Zero credibility. There're so few REAL RPGs this generation that's very hard to make a Top10 list.

Yuck, not in agreement - fails in my book. :? M.E. = #1 and L.O. should be in the top 5.

On a side note, I wonder where DAO will be - Can't wait to give it a play through to judge for myself. :)

Meh I dont agree with the order but the list is fine. Funny how this might be the first generation where there isnt a Final Fantasy game on that list. Overall, Id say its a pretty weak list. On one hand, some of those games are the best this gen. On the other, the end of the list becomes weak very fast.

A lack of Persona 4 and Tales of Vesperia makes me a sad panda.

Fallout 3 is quite a good game, but it is also one of the worst RPGs I have ever played and for good reasons other than ammo frequency and VATS.

No TWEWY? No Persona 4? No Tales of Vesperia?
