Top 3 Most Underrated Games This Gen

1. Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.

2. Mario Strikers: Charged.

3. Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl.

There's a few more, but you only want 3, so I'll follow the rules. :)

1.- Metroid Prime 3 Corruption, well just for GameSpot

2.- Devil May Cry 4, again just for GameSpot

1) Lost Odyssey

Perhaps the best JRPG I have played in the better part of five years, and the best JRPG this gen by miles.

2) Condemned

This was the first game I put into my 360 the eve of launch, and it blew my mind. The lighting effects the sound just everything about it suited the game so well. One of the best games most folks will never play.

3) Kane & Lynch

For all the hoopla that surround the games releases, I am strongly of the thinking that Jeff's last review at Gamespot was simply his last bad review at Gamespot. While I think adding a deathmatch to the multiplayer would have made the online a little more interesting I really like the game. The story was pretty good and it was a very cool Hitman meets Ghost Recon type of game that was in the end above average.

Of course I haven't played all games yet, so I can't decide about games like ratchet and clank, MGS4 etc. A lot of people on this forum tend to say GTA 4, Halo 3 and others are just overrated. I say no, they aren't. They're just plain better than the games you call underrated, and I think standing out above the crowd (AA games) should be rewarded with high scores. If this forum were to hand out scores, nothing would ever top 9.0. Imagine that, bunch of overrated stuff. After all, if you look at all those other games like you look at games that scored 9.5, you'd be making a huge list of flaws, and pretty much all of those games have got lots of them.

i also loved this game alot....but for some wierd reason i cant seem to feel compelled to play it anymore (after only 1 1/2 playthroughs) :(
