5: Star Wars Battlefront 2. Yeah yeah yeah I know its Third person but I play it in first person thus it becomes such. 4: Halo 1. Yeah yeah Call me a Halo Fanboy but your WRONG. Halo 1 is the only good Halo. 3: Unreal. The first Unreal is the best Unreal. So immersive its enough to make any FPS fan get a strange warm feeling inside. 2: Quake 2. Cyborgs vs Humans = Instant win. 1: There are many ways to fight Demons.. theres Faith.. Books.. and other various Religious ways.. but no one thought of the Double Barrel Shotgun before Doom 2 came out.

I dont know how people likst these old fps. They were fun and stuff but now when i play tehse next gen shooters these old ones feel crappy. From the level where you get the lightning gun to the end of the game killzones story mdoe was godlike. I havent played the full game for bioshock yet but the demo is better than almost every full game fps ive played i just know that is going to be my number 1(getting it next week).

Guess because those old shooters did new and exciting things instead of polishing the old stuff to a shine. Yes but hear this now. an Elite few of these new Fps are downright outclasses tehse golden old fps in everything they did and have set new levels yet people hate on them saying they dont compare when infact tehse new ones that do everything better than them a way better?

FEAR is overrated... "Paxton Fettle has entered X building. Oh, now he has left the building again, lawlz. Can you go to the next building to do the same exact thing?" Also, it wasn't scary. The game's "atmosphere" wasn't good. You just have people popping up in hallways whispering stupid crap about some girl that enjoys placing you in blood-filled halls only to do nothing. And this game was being praised? I mean, it's okay, but it really isn't that great.

5: Halo 4: Call of Duty 4 (for inventing the new FPS style) 3: Doom (although I've never completed it because it is too hard for me, it is still awkwardly fun) 2: Killzone 2 (I'm just in love with this game) 1: 007 Goldeneye (if everybody doesn't agree on this one then you need to play it. If you have played it before, play it again...)

If you are refering to Deus Ex; isn't it a Action Adventure game, in first person view, with RPG elements, and some shooting sections mixed with stealth sections?
