What do you think.

So I take it that no one on this particular topic has played the Multiplayer Demo huh?
I think it deserves it.
Comparing sounds? You're using THAT to hate on the site? I could list about a dozen other reasons, but I think it's pretty much universally agreed upon that to claim MW2 has better sound than one of the best audio developed games in history is laughable.[QUOTE="Verge_6"]
I think that that's typical for the site that gave MW2 a 10 in sound and gave BC2's sound a 9.

So sound is the reason your not going to listen to ign? Good luck with that. I personally think ign is one of the best reviewers out there.
I think there's still no way I will play it. :D

I think optimus prime would like a word with you
It's funny how no other review site has even reviewed it before today, and Metacritic still shows 0 reviews counted.
Something is up there
... MW2 audio is leaps and bounds better. Guns sound better, voice acting is beyond superior... did you even play MW2 or are you one of those people that hate it because its activision?I think that that's typical for the site that gave MW2 a 10 in sound and gave BC2's sound a 9.

Probably because of e3[QUOTE="Verge_6"]... MW2 audio is leaps and bounds better. Guns sound better, voice acting is beyond superior... did you even play MW2 or are you one of those people that hate it because its activision? I'm honestly not sure if you're serious here or not.I think that that's typical for the site that gave MW2 a 10 in sound and gave BC2's sound a 9.

I beat the SP on both and played MP on both. BC2 has better sound and voice acting. But hey...opinions are fun. That review is nothing but an opinion as well. But seriously a 10 for sound in MW2? Come on now...that's silly. OT- I do want to try this new Transformers game. Maybe a rent.Same here. However Armada back on the PS2 was pretty good nice mix between FPS and Thirdperson shooter.Demo is pretty darn good. I was just waiting on a credible review 7.5 or above from IGN/Gamespot. This is my next game for sure. This generation is getting better by the moment. An actual playable Transformers game I am so happy.

G4 gave it a 4/5SparkyProtocol
Which is the same thing they gave to BFBC2. They also say the multiplayer is phenominal.
Its IGN.... When they first saw the first trailer(non gameplay) they said it would be like the Arkham Asylum of Transformers..... Anything they hype they will give a good score no matter what.C-LeeIndeed. I think it has a good chance of getting 8.0 - 8.5 here at GS

ive been excitd about this game for a long time. loved the demo and the review makes it seem even better i plan on picking it up later today
Gamespot is still better, which is only makes IGN look worse to be honest. A 9.0 from IGN is nothing special. The game is good, but how good remains to be seen... in the GS review :PI like it how IGN credibility is questioned, but we're posting on a site that fired nearly it's whole review team behind the Kane and Lynch review a while ago. IGN might not be the most credible, but they're very far from the worst EASILY.

I would rather wait for a more thourough and competent review than use one 2 weeks before game release :|IGN doesn't have any editor nearly as good as chris or kev
I have no idea who that is. I trust very few people on that site. I like Craig Harris, and Ryan Clements. I pretty much always agree with their scores, but other than that games get way over rated. I just dont trust them half the time their reasons for liking and hating things sometimes never makes sense. i.e.
One reviewer there when on a rant about how terrible the shenmue games are and why he didnt put them on the list of top 25 dreamcast games (which is the most absurd thing Ive EVER HEARD.. I dont care how much you specifically hate that game saying Charge n' Blast is a better game is laughable) because he said they were boring, not enough action and you do things like have to do dumb things like you have a job in the game... Ok FINE Ill accept that, Shenmue is very out there and isnt for everyone very slow paced etc.. But then he goes and gives GTA4 a 10.. WHAT? You mean the game where you spend half the freaking time calling your girl friend on the phone, drive around for hours having incredibly boring conversations about NOTHING..and taking your cousin to go drinking.. in a game.. when all you are doing is watching your character get drunk.. Ridiculous

well this review was posted today.....release date. i would like an opinion of the game on release date, not when its 19.99 in the gamestop bargain bin.

If, I'm not mistaken, at MC, GS score for ToD was one of the lowest, while their PDZ review was on of the highest.I like it how IGN credibility is questioned, but we're posting on a site that fired nearly it's whole review team behind the Kane and Lynch review a while ago. Let's do graphics than, that seems to be System War's favorite topic. They game MW2's graphics a 10 and KZ2's a 9.5.

 Yeah that's epic, epic fail right there. MW2 was not a 10 in anything. BFBC2 has been praised and lauded internet-wide for it's sound design while MW2's wasn't even mentioned, but hey, 100k from Activision to skin IGN with MW2 ads for the week, they would have given it a 10/10 in game length. MW2 is a "greater than the sum of it's parts" game, I find it hard to believe anyone in the world has not seen better graphics or heard better sound than what's represented in Call of Doody.Comparing sounds? You're using THAT to hate on the site?[QUOTE="jman1553"]
