Edit 2: here is my reasoning (let me know if you think my reasoning is wrong):

1- PC: We all know that, graphically, there isn't any console game that looks better than crysis (at least ATM).

2- X360: Xenos, 512MB, 10MB Embedded Memory, and almost all multiplats and all the good exclusives look better on X360. (I'm sorry ps3 fans, all evidence indicates the X360 is the most powerful console this gen, so it's only fair to give this spot to X360).

3- PS3: obviously more powerful than XBOX1

4- XBOX1: according to develoeprs, the XBOX1 has better graphics chip than Nintendo Wii.

5- Wii: obviously more powerful than GC from specs alone.

6- GC: RE4 looked better on the GC than on PS2. Hence it's only fair to give this spot to GC.

7- PS2: though a remarkable console, unfortunately it's the least graphically advanced one last gen.

The extremely part isn't necessary. Consoles don't have nearly as much raw power as fanbosy pretend they do, and optimization can't make up the difference between 2 gigs of system RAM plus 640 mb of video RAM and 512 mb of total RAM.

yeah i know. i just think Shenmue's graphics were better than anything on PS2. Thats partly my own boas and I'd agree that PS2 should be above Dreamcast.

PC's can have the best or worst, it just depends on what computer/graphics card you have. My PC is about a PS2 level of graphics or so.

So PC could be anywhere on the list.

But i think the list is currently like this.

Good PC>X360=PS3>Wii>GC>Xbox>PS2=Average PC>PSP>PS1

i don't even think that Xbox>GC>PS2 is debatable. Anyone who says otherwise is clearly biased. Its not a matter of taste of opinion its fact.

The 360 and ps3 are basically the same.The Wii or xbox is the real stumper for me.

Okay, Then why did you use one when comparing ram.

That is false. It goes like this. PC>PS3>360>Wii>PS2>Xbox>GC

- PS3 ahead of 360 because once the PS3 is a year old, it will be better than 360.

-Wii ahead of Xbox because of Metroid, Brawl, Final Fantasy, and others that are coming out.

-PS2 ahead of Xbox because of Metal Gear Solid 3 and God of War.

i think PS3/Xbox360 are about the same. Also, dont really know which is more powerful wii or xbox.

true that PC is always on top, and true that Wii>GC>PS2... the rest is iffy.

PS3 and 360 each have their strengths but i'd still go with PS3>360 (comparisons aren't all that telling since most games were developed on 360 and ported to PS3).

same with Xbox1 vs. Wii. Each have their strengths (Xbox has built in shaders and whatnot) but assuming the software is topnotch and using every drop of the Wii's power, I think it would come out on top.
