Now which is better graphically Crysis or Project Offset.

from what we have seen. Crysis still wins i am afraid, by a fair bit. especially when you take into account the physics and nature of the game.

need to know and see more off prohect offset before we can make final judgement though.

Crysis running in DX10 is pretty unbeatable.

FAR CRY2 should beat those and HALO 3 single player Just make those graphics seems dated and poorBuried_by_Dust

There's hardly anything artistic about Crysis, but yes it certainly looks better.

Sorry I'm going off-topic, but has anyone heard anything about Project Offset recently? The multiplayer aspect of Project Offset sounded amazing when the concept was described on the website, I really hope it turns out that good.

to be honest no one knows for sure.

it is definately on pc, we know that much, but it hasnt been properly confirmed for any console even though the devs have said they might.

I think the games scale is pretty huge.. Crysis looks amazing but we have yet to see a large scale battle like we have seen on Project offset. Be interesting to see how Crysis could handle a huge scale battle like that.

Weve seen how crysis plays. It looks awesome. I could care less about the graphics at this point. The game looks to play amazing. Anyways back on topic. Yes PO looks pretty cool and looks pretty good none the less but it still doesnt stack up against crysis as of now. Crysis is on just a monsterious scale. Everything about the game is just perfect. It doesnt seem like anything was left out. PO i think we still need to see more. Who knows how far in development it really is.

I would of agreed, until I saw the last 30 seconds of that trailer...that is easily on par with crysis... that large scale assault on the castle had my jaw hit the floor.

Same here, it was impressive but it animated strangely - nothing compared to the original demos. Lots of other factors that didn't look as good as UT but in other ways it looked better.
