Yeah they so flatout bombed in sales, even through just about all that has been mention here made it to the greatest hits list!

honestly the lineup of characters is getting pretty diverse.

I wonder if there's a chance this could turn out to be a good game.

cmon man if your gonna add people no one cares about can i at least get a wild arms charater or legend of dragoon they are 1st party games and more than 7 people played them.

I had said awhile ago that Dart from Legend of Dragoon would have been a great addition. For his level 3 super, they could have had to transform into the Divine Dragoon. That'd be really cool

I dont see how anyone can complain about the roster. For 20 characters, they hit almosy every major PS franchise. God of War, Jak and Daxter, Sly, and Ratchet and clank are some of the biggest franchises the ps2 had. Uncharted, Killzone, and Infamous are sone of the highest rated PS3 franchises. Then theres the old school franchises like Parappa, wherever the hell Sir Dan is from, Ape Escape, and Twisted Metal. For First party this is definitely an all star list. Then theres the popular third parties like Bioshock, Metal Gear, and Devil May Cry. They even threw in a psn rep. To say this isnt an all star list is just pure ignorance.Capitan_Kid

I wonder if there are other characters they are holding back on. I want to see Cloud and other FF characters, not Lightning, the good ones. Spyro and Crash and Snake are also important to me. These characters helped to define PlayStation, even though they are multiplat they still are considered to be "PlayStation Games" in a way.

Big Daddy is not really associated with Sony or any console in particular, but to me it's one of the cooler characters in the game. Bioshock is definitely one of the gems from this generation, so it's a pretty cool character to rip out of this gen and place into the game. More characters like that would actually appeal to me just as much or more than taking additional characters from main Sony franchises (past and present). Of course the coolest thing would be to keep bringing back rarer stuff from old Sony franchises that maybe people haven't even heard of, but maybe an appearance here can revitalize the character for bringing back a new game. But these two are pretty bad. I mean the generic dude from Starhawk, really? That's just dumb.

You're literally alwyas the 3rd one to post in sony threads, and you say the same thing over and over...

This game reminds me of shows like Celebrity Rehab and Celebrity Fit Club. They have the word "celebrity" in the title but they never actually have any celebs in them. Just old, fat, stoned and drunk has-beens. That's what comes to mind when I think of PS All Stars... :lol:

I dont undertand fanboys stating the game has no stars..

Drake from Uncharted series which is one of the best series to come out this gen... Kratos from GOW, Ratchet & Clank, Sly cooper series, Sweetooth (Twisted Metal)?? so these are characters nobody seen them in the past years??

So for these type of fighting games unless its Mario, Link or Donkey Kong any other character is basically unknown??
