U2 = "best-looking console game ever seen. Yes, ever."

yes I understand it has amazing graphics, not even the most blind of fanboys would say that it doesnt. I still personnaly prefer the art direction in nuts and bolts, but I still agree that Unchated 2 has amazing graphics.

The video TC showed honestly looks like crap. The real game better looks 10 times better than that, after all the cow hype.

Then again, we do have 360 fanboys claiming Halo: Reach to be the "console graphics king" when we haven't even seen so much as a screenshot. So it could go either way.

Who cares? Really. being "Console Graphics King" is meaningless really as long as the PC exisits. Why do people squabble over such minute improvements? The difference between what i have seen on ME2 and U2 is so small it's not really worth talking about, same with games like MGS4 and RE5, they look damed similar in graphical prowess, there is just to many games with minute advantages over one onother to make this who debate worthwhile.

I really don't see how one console game looks "Cleary better" than the others, there is so very little difference between the front runners you are just splitting hairs.

Few problems wth your post first of all you say that stats mean nothing, Please explain why Halo 3 got AAA on every big website IGN, Gamespot, Gametrailers etc. Your 2nd sentence made me lol hard which i have put in bold.

I get the hype over Uncharted 2's graphics, I get the hype over Lost Planet 2's graphics, I get the hype over Assassin's Creed 2's graphics what I don't get is the hype over Alan Wake's graphics. Early screenshots from years past looked very impressive and had created a buzz at the time but we've now seen the game in action and it was clear at least from what I saw that the game is not in the running for Graphics King. Some of you guys are saying Alan Wake soley based on the reputation that it had earned awhile back. We've seen the game already and I think a lot of you guys are ignoring what you saw.

Stats mean nothing? I'm sure the big sites hold more credibility when it comes to suggesting games. More people check out those sources instead of those of forum posters, no offense. I think the majority of gaming critics and gamers alike know that Halo is a quality AAA product, whether you personally like it or not.

Uncharted is a very plain and simple game with a rather tried-and-true, though generic story, too. So said complaint can flung at just about any game.
