Seriously, the best conference in this year so far and their best E3 conference yet.

Every game they've shown look outstanding and Far Cry 5 gonna win the E3 best game.

It was awesome and by far the best press conference up until now.

Ubisoft is great at making announcements and trailers, not so great at sticking the landing

I was trying to get onto the Age of Empires website for the past hour :P

the only gameplay they show was far cry 5 and that even looks terrible.

Agreed but with the showing of Beyond Good and Evil 2 at the end man was I satisfied.

i didn't watch the whole thing but these are the big games i remembered:

• mario/rabbids crossover game similar to xcom, exclusive to switch
• the crew 2
• AC origins
• skull and bones (pvp pirate game based off black flag's naval combat)
• far cry 5
• some weird VR game
• south park: the fractured but whole
• FUCKING BEYOND GOOD AND EVIL 2 HOLY SHIT

Needed gameplay for me. The trailer was awesome though.

Splinter cell would have been awesome. Even the just dance segment was short and sweet and I did not cringe.

Yes, this totally was Ubi's best E3 show so far, and also the best conference of E3 up till now. Who would have though that we would be saying this about Ubisoft, ever. :D

Far Cry 5 look amazing! Beyond Good & Evil 2 look amazing! And I loved South Park!

From what they said in the end about the something monkey program, BG&E2 is some sort of online multiplayer game.

I enjoyed the conference, but I still wonder how much they're going to downgrade everything they've shown.

Who needs that Metro crap when you got Far Cry 5

No Splinter Cell = instant fail.

It was really good, still liked Microsoft's better. I always watch Ubisoft showings with a tonne of skepticism, Beyond Good and Evil while awesome it was showed, didn't have any release date, nothing close to a date, cool it's still alive, but when's it come out?

Loved the Mario and Rabbids Battle Kingdom showing, release date was surprising. Loved the South Park trailer but wish Matt and Trey showed up.

Assassins creed looks amazing, not a fan of Far Cry and I don't see the difference between the good and bad guys in actions and personality (need more story).

BG&E2 has me hyped beyond belief. I've been waiting so long for a new entry into this world and now it's confirmed happening. And that trailer, even though it didn't have gameplay at all, was amazing.

yes, they did very well.

haven't played the past 2 far cry games but 5 has me interested, for sure. hopefully the game has a tactical side with the commanding of npc's we saw. some squad based tactical combat would fight nicely in a fc game. i also hope that co-op is part of the campaign and not just for conquering outposts.

Yeah Ubi did very well this year, even Nintendo legend joined the stage for god sake !

Far Cry 5 looks like the same shit.

Scout, kill, take post, rinse and repeat. What made Far Cry 3 so great was Vaas. The characters now are so damn boring.

Love the farcry series can't wait to play 5!

The level of fake, cringeworthy, poser slow walking at the start of the "gameplay" was painful.

Better than it has been but still not without its kinks. The song & dance segment for Just Dance 2018 was unnecessary and yet another instance worthy of the cringeworthy label.

They had good stuff to show off and nothing overstayed its welcome. Very interested to see where S&B goes as well as Transference. A bit perplexed by the BGE2 trailer and the invitation to help Ubisoft develop the game (wtf?), but I'll let that play itself out.

Even 10 far cry 5 combine cannot beat one Metro Exodus. Metro is by far highlight of this year E3.

I have so much respect for Michel Ancel. Beyond Good and Evil 2 is definitely the big highlight for me this year.

It's rare to see AAA titles made by visionaries these days.

I wonder if Ubisoft will include that Johnny Lee Hooker/ZZ Top song in the game? If they do, I might actually keep the game music turned on......

Huh, never thought Ubi would deliver. BGE2, holy crap. Day 1 for me. Its been so long.

As much as I'm burned out on the Assassin's Creed series, I will say that Egypt makes for a very compelling setting for the series. It's also the most colorful installment with the vibrant Egyptian artistic decorations. And seeing the new skill tree in the Twitch stream (loving it's intricate branching web design) Origins is starting to gain my interest.

Yeah one of the better conferences.

I don't care what they show. I will wait for reviews for anything by Ubisoft. I don't trust them at all.

i hate to be "that guy" but how is everyone so excited about Far Cry 5? I thought the gameplay looked exactly like FC4, they just turned off the UI for the demo. FC4 was pretty boring imo

i thought FC5 and AC:O were super underwhelming. I'm curious about that Pirate game and Beyond Good and Evil 2 though

I hope the volumetric clouds close up won't bog down the game like it does with many flight sims which have far less detail.

Coming from someone who loved the first two Metro games, I'm not sold on Exodus. If they did an actual gameplay trailer I'd be sold but if you're gonna do it with a none gameplay trailer and say its open world showing scripted events just doesnt do it for me.

As for Far Cry 5, it basically looks like Justified but with Far Cry, it has me sold already.

For what they did to The Division, I am wary of anything they do going forward.

I don't recall the player in Far Cry 4 being able to tell the guns for hire head out to a specific spot. That is new. The mutt for hire retrieving a weapon for the player is very similar to what's her name in Bioshock Infinite.

In that short clip, I already saw a couple of new things plus the full-blown aerial combat.

The UI isn't turned off. It's customized that way, at least on the PC. And yes, it's a carry-over from Far Cry 4. Can't really improve the UI further. It's just about perfect to me.

I must be the only one not hyped for BGE2 after Ubisoft teased it for years. Duke Nukem Forever and Last Guardian taught me a lesson to be cautious.
