I usually don't stir the pot but, this time I will make an exception. Just going to have fun. And I also have no intention of buying the game so I don't care.

Well majority of the PS3 journalists I spoke to at the event said their iterations didn't have any problems. They didn't believe a few of us, so they came to our rooms to see the frame rate problems for the 360 version, and yup, sure enough they stated their version didn't have the same problems. I didn't go to their room to concur on their statements, but there were a wide number of them stating the same exact thing, so I'll take their word for it.
My 360 version had constant graphical hiccups and this was a green disc I was playing (passed certification)."

"Yeah, the PS3 version looked just fine. A few bits where the framerate would dip but the first thing I did when I fired up my TV was flick off all the smoothing stuff so it wasn't being boosted by anything like it was at the event. The PS3 version looked very, very solid -- particularly for a "first" game from a development studio.
