Yeah well I can't help but to shudder a little whenever I hear that. These "for variety" things are typically the weakest links in games. Stealth, vehicle sections and enemies with different behavior, typically meaning they run straight at you. Variety is not good if it's bad. Todays words of wisdom. Take them and treasure them always.

I think there is a good chance that stealth won't just be thrown in. Stealth actually fits the setting and character. These day's I'm kind of wishing for interactions with enemies beyond them immediatly being aware of you and going into kill mode.

Wait, not to accuse, but don't you usually make anti PS3 threads? I might be thinking of some one else though due to the mario Icon Nope, that isn't me. I might've made a thread critisizing the faults of the PS3, but not in recent times. So yeah; not me. :)

Yeah, look at Disaster: Day of Crisis for instance.
I hope the keep MP out. Uncharted never struck me as a good game for MP.

Well some games would make a great MP game. Uncharted is one of those games that is really focused on the single player and the story, rather than wasting time trying to create a decent MP aspect.
I agree! not every game needs mp, why is everyone so stuck on mp. If they make mp the single player hurts or the mp part feels taked on. REally there are enough mp shooters, this game doesn't need mp....uncharted single player is going to be an awesome!
Just fill up that 50gb blu-ray with uncompressed sound, graphics, Drake, better graphics, more Drake, fun, and a loooooooooong SP campaign. Forget multiplayer.
Wooooooooooooooooo go Naughty Dog. As much as this is gonna make me sound like an unsatisfied fan, I'm still waiting on one more Jak game. But a new Uncharted will suffice.... for now.
loved the first game... still on my top 5 games for PS3 :) definately picking up the sequel... lets hope ND will manage to throw in a co-op mode (both offline & online) which would be simply awesome...
I really can't understand gamespot. They said that the game only sold 507k units to date in the article, but the game officially passed the 1m mark in january 2008. It's sold more than 2 million units to date. Why did they do that kind of thing?

They meant US only. They should have made it clear. but thats irrelevant. whats relevant is that, Uncharted 2 has been announced.
